Shelves were neat and well stocked with every style from clogs & sandals to sneakers and water shoes.They carry several brand names: Dansko, Keene, Teva, Skechers, Clark to name a few.Prices are very reasonable; I considered a pair at $19.99 but fell in love with a beautiful pair of Clark's sandals for $39.99. Current sale was 20% off all sandals.They also have a nice selection of scrubs.”

“Went to JC Penny's in Waterville, Maine to pick up a Backpack for my 9yr old we ordered online for the school year. At first the customer service line was getting very long and the lady there (short caucasian with pink shirt and short hair cut) was doing thr best she could to keep the line moving. Then this young "African American" with a bit of an accent came up to the registers to help and I must say, he was "PHENOMINAL" Hyesi I believe is his name I may have hacked his name up but he took my order number off my cell phone and came back with my order promptly and without any issues. VERY courteous and professional. He deserves recognition and commendation for the way he handled the customer before me and after me... I stuck around tolook at body wash clearance and listened to him. Ive seen people twice his age with much less customer service skills.
