Like other Walmarts. However, I had a cashier watch me in self check out(I was the only one there). She watched me, checked her phone for my scanning and STILL wanted to see my receipt. It really bugged me at the time because I was in a hurry.

I bought 3 International Delight Pumpin Pie flavored coffee creamer 2 days ago. I opened one and it was thick and stringy, so I opened the 2nd one and it was the same so I figure the 3rd one is too. I called the store 7 times to speak to someone, to find out if there was an issue with the creamer, and no one answered in any of the 4 departments I tried. I let the phone ring for almost 6 minutes for the operator and the call was disconnected. I don't know what the issue is at this store but this has happened several times where not even the operator answered the phone. The photo is a screenshot of my calls this morning.

Awful! Very very unprofessional, rude,it's supposed to be the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! even when you know that they are wrong! If u don't have CUSTOMER'S you don't have a job! Travel the extra 15 minutes to leave with your own reputation cuz Waterville walmart judgment is being made by the shift leader as well as talking about customer's loud enough to make sure you are instantly aware shame on your Mangers and the younger ones are the only people who don't think cuz u work at Walmart your entitled to have no accountability for you to lie, be rude n even if Mangers are called out proven wrong it doesn't have the same Announcement to regain yourself a steam. Because you announced and assume. That's a matter if the customers write has proven your wrong and you still destroy some other people reputation! ! It's shameful ?

We met Dan in the paint department. He was great to deal with and he provided us with the exact same color that The Home Depot couldn't provide!! We're so glad that he was able to help us. Give that man a raise!!!

Hate going here, but sometimes I have to. Never enough cashiers, and now even self checkouts have huge lines.

Best prices in town. Only issue is that they move items almost every other day if not everyday. Used to be frustrating because even the employees didn't know. But now they just look it up on their walkie talkies or ask another employer who has worked there longer.

I placed an order for delivery I scheduled it for 7-8 pm it's now 9:53 and no order. I called and they said sorry about your luck. The items were my dinner, juice and bottled water. We have nothing to drink and it's summer. I'm always having problems and management is rude and disrespectful. The prices are outrageous and they keep going up every few months. I will never use Walmart for anything again.
