My son was returning to school after leaving his car on campus for two plus months. The front tire was flat and the battery was dead. I found VIP tire online and went to see about getting a quick tire repair and battery check from O'Reilly next door. Ali the customer service rep was awesome. She said we can take care of it all. They were closing soon but they took the time to take care of me before i left town and not leave it for my son to do while moving in and getting back into the swing of school. She applied my military discount replacing the tire, battery, and did an oil change quickly and had my son back on the road. I highly recommend VIP tire for any parents needing a place for car repair close to the campus. Awesome staff.

We are from out of state and were only in town for 1 day. We had to quickly get an inspection sticker for a car we own locally and Ali was fantastic with fitting us in that day. She was very clear with additional work that was needed, extremely personable, and the costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend VIP in Waterville.

I was quoted $943 them to obtain a part (not including labor costs) from O'Reilly that is listed on the O'Reilly website for $514. This represents an 84% markup in addition to the markup that is included in the $514 price that O'Reilly is charging for customers that buy this part directly from their website. The name of the company is VIP Tires and Service, they are not in the parts business, yet they are charging insanely high markups on parts in addition to the markup that is already baked into the price from the part supplier. Needless to say, I was told that if I purchased the part myself and brought it in they would not install it for me.

Just had a state inspection done on my car. Needed a few things they got it fixed and out the door in no time. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back.

I went to them to try to get a flat repaired, they told me it was too close to the sidewall and tried to charge me $550 for two tires. I had someone else plug it, they told me it was not at all close to the sidewall and completely legal to repair. It was a small puncture, a slow leak and an easy fix. Not to mention I looked up tires from other places that fit my car that were $110 and up. It just felt like they were trying to charge me as much money as possible coming in as a young women with small children thinking I wouldn’t know better.

Was doing a road trip and my car was acting strange, I went two different car maintenance places telling them what was going on with the car and they just dismissed me. Went here because the car started pulling so hard to one side. Guess what the car had problems! So thankful they listened to me immediately AND squeezed me in during their already very busy docket so my road trip was not interrupted. Mark Murphy was great in squeezing me in last minute.

There when I need em, or my friends need em. Seen a friend on the side of the road. Stopped to help out. Vip was the closest place. They got what they needed in and out less than 5 minuits.

Vip tires & services in Waterville Maine are the best hands down .the whole staff is amazing and helpful as if they were my own brother. There explanations of any problem is very understandable there waiting room and general all shop is clean and accommodating I have been all around the country do to my travels and 100% the Waterville Maine shop to me could be rated #1 in the country a special thank you to Mike Murphy and his expertise and professionalism as well as the whole staff thank you all
