Was served by a malevolent employee who asked too many unnecessary questions and tried to use my answers against me. He dragged a simple process on and on for no apparent reason. Getting him to do his job was like pulling teeth - and I'd rather go the dentist than go back to this store. I stopped by the store in person after USCellular's reps on the phone wouldn't do their jobs either. I eventually switched to AT&T because customer service at UScellular is bureaucratic and obstructionist. Coverage is just as good in Maine with AT&T. Something's rotten in the world of USCellular customer service. Both this store and the telephone reps are equally rotten to their customers.

The wait to pay bills is excruciating. It is a first come first serve which is fine but I think the best thing to do in this situation for someone who doesn’t want to risk their information on a website and wait an hour or so to be seen for a three minute visit is to get a kiosk for people who want to pay bills but not waste the employees times and their own time. Auto payment is not an option as well because they charge you three months in advance and continue to charge you even the months that they charged initially. Spectrum is a pathetic excuse for a internet service but the good thing they have is a kiosk for people to quickly pay bills. I think it would be beneficial for US Cellular to do the same.

I know enough not to go to the Waterville store on Friday Saturday or Sunday. That's when it's most busy. If you don't mind waiting quite a while then go anytime you want. I highly recommend being there exactly when the store opens. Otherwise reps are friendly, nice & helpful.

I been a customer a year now an my bill is not what they said it would be in fact its more an it just keeps climbing oh an when you pay them 150 on the bill they still shut you off.... I'd rather go back to straight talk an pay 50 a month for the same kind of service ?

I have always had great service at this store. The staff are very friendly, helpful, polite, didn't have to wait long if at all. They're not pushy and they listen to what my needs are. I can thoroughly recommend this store to everyone. I have been to other sites and not had had the same experience. The other stores are great but the atmosphere in this store is hands down superior. A huge thanks to all the staff for always taking the time to take care of me.

I have been a US cellular customer for almost ten years and have never had a problem until today ! I have 8 lines through them two for personal and six for business employees, i was having an issue with one phone a Samsung s21 ultra 5g which is a very expensive phone mind you all 8 are the same phone paid cash for all 8 which was over 8000 $ I had a horrible experience with the supposed assistant manager named Chris a heavy set fella he was rude disrespectful and nasty when all I did was ask how we could resolve the problem I was having! He then asked me to leave which I was astonished when he asked ! To make a long story short I am now with Verizon and will never do business with them again

My wife drove the 50 miles to the store today. The attitude of the staff was to sell her the most expensive smart phone possible. She was looking for HELP. Her old flip phone died and she wanted to CONSIDER a very SIMPLE smart phone. With a professional geek son she only knew she wanted Android like the other two phones on her plan. Two of the staff was less than helpful sending her on a wild-goose chase to a defunct repair shop. We may well consider a different carrier.
