They were amazing. I appreciated how helpful and compassionate they are. When there was air leaking from my tire they got me in quickly and helped me out quickly.

I brought my car in multiple times for balancing my tires, an alignment, and once again due to my car continuously shaking (started before I brought my car there). My last visit I was told I needed all new tires after they showed me them and explained each tire had a broken band. (My tires were placed at another shop). I was overwhelmed with how much it would cost and they were incredibly understanding and helpful every time I went in. They didn’t try to push buying brand new tires from them but gave me other options on replacing instead. I’m assuming it was the manager I’ve seen each time, but he was great and incredibly helpful!

The Waterville location seems to like to take advantage of me. The first time I visited this location they tried to tell me that I couldn't put a tire on my car unless it was the same brand as all the others. Wanted to sell me 4 tires and come back 3 days later. This time all I needed was 4 brand new tires I bought myself out on, which is 15 a tire. Without discussing it with me they supposedly changed out my tpms core and new stem caps when I am pretty sure mine were fine. But they never asked if I wanted them replaced. Causing me to pay double what I was supposed to. Probably won't be back to this location and probably go to another tire place from now on. Feel taken advantage of.

Stopped in mid June from out of state. Front passenger side losing pressure. Man at desk said he couldn't replace 1 tire. Had to wait 3 days, replace all 4 at 220$ per tire. All season, 21 Subaru.....
Went to Everett. Same day. 20 minutes. 95$.

It was almost closing time; but, they took me as a walk-in anyway. They patch the tire, and had it back on my vehicle in less than 20 minutes.
