I was able to get my car into the dealership for service when requested. I received calls from the service department manager with updates on a couple other items that needed to be taken care of while the car was there and it was completed quickly.

Easy to get appointment, full service review of car prior to my son taking long car trip to be sure all safe. Courtesy check of brakes all found good. But also convenience of pick up from my home was so nice and fast.

Both service managers are always ready to help. I needed the brakes and rotors replaced at 100,000 as well as an oil change. They took the car right in at 8:00 A.M. and hopes it would be ready before noon. It was available shortly after 11:00 A.M.
