I called to get rid of one (I have internet, phone and TV ) of their services (The TV part) Because I can't afford 256.00 a month. (I have just the minimum basics) I was kept on for one hour and half because the lady had to get ahold of the one who would be out to disconnect. Yes, I know I'm not the only caller, but 1 1/2 hours on hold? If I wanted to add something, I'd had it within 30 minutes... Also you offer to let us ask questions and whatnot...how about giving a legit answer to the questions your customers ask. 'We are sorry, we will look further into this question ,'is not a legit answer

Just needing to turn in equipment due to a move. Have to wait for others that are trying to get service. Four people waiting. Two workers helping people and one just standing around with his clipboard, hovering over other workers and pacing around. Dude could be helping others, especially when you can see there are two customers dropping off. Also, no one acknowledges any of the people waiting. Poor service.

RUN!!! Don't walk as far away from Spectrum as you can possibly get. If I could give 10 negative stars I would! They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and it is no wonder that I hear more and more people canceling services. Any other option no matter what it is I guarantee you is better than Spectrum
You get a "deal" your first year and then they randomly raise prices for no reason sometimes every few months. Until you find yourself paying a ridiculous amount and usually for less and less services. Or you're forced to have services you don't want, don't need, or never asked for.
They will "upgrade" one of your services without asking saying it is free to you for "x" value, then the next billing cycle will increase the price of your other services by more than "x". Try to go down a package, well that's only a $10-15 dollar savings if you downgrade. They'll change your package, take away channels, and not tell you, but are happy to still charge you for the equipment and services you're not using.
Don't want to participate in the Spectrum bundle then each service will cost you more than double the original price. You can try to work with them, ask for options, but their computer won't let them do anything better. They are only allowed to upcharge.
Spectrum had a dispute with Disney which meant I lost 5 movie channels, then they lied said the dispute ended and all channels were back, except I only got 1 of the 5 channels back. Then you guessed it my cable bill went up the next month. Every person you talk to gives you a different story. You're told that was never part of your package to begin with and they "don't know why you had it" or that's now what your package says is included.
Had cable with Spectrum for 5 years suddenly almost all but a few random channels disappeared I thought it was just an outage, called customer service, had a technician come out. They couldn't understand it, but apparently my "plan" says I'm streaming only on the spectrum app (no clue when that changed) and they "have no idea why a cable box was ever installed". Interesting that I was "never" signed up for a cable box but Spectrum was sure happy to charge me $12 a month for the last 5 years to rent the cable box that was "never part of my plan". No one could give me an explanation for that. I did suddenly get channels back on the cable box about a week later, no explanation, but I still had the rental fee. Glitch in the system? Or just the typical every person you talk to gives you a different answer as long as they can keep charging you more for it. I guarantee you my monthly bill was about to go up for my "new" services on my 5 year old cable box.
Finally I had enough and found less expensive options for internet/TV and cancelled ALL of my Spectrum services. When I went to return my equipment there were other people doing the same thing, people are realizing there are BETTER options.
I was initially told by customer service while canceling that I may have a balance to pay and give the website 24 hours to update with the lower fee. Three days later full amount is still due and when I call back I get told by the new person that because I canceled 1 week after the month's billing cycle I owe the FULL amount for the whole month! It's part of their terms, they don't pro-rate. My options are to pay for a full month of service THAT I DON'T HAVE or go to collections and end up paying more trying to fight it.
ANYTHING is better than Spectrum! Do not even start down this road! Please do your research, even if another company seems like crap I guarantee you they are still better than the headache you will have with Spectrum
**I will say all the reps and techs I talked to were pol

One of their installers (white Spectrum van, not an outside contractor) is parked on College Ave with the doors open blasting some of the most vulgar rap music I've ever heard. Quite the image for Spectrum.. Not exactly what I'd consider professional behavior.

Wait time is unbelievable to be honest. Understandably, the manager stands if there needs to be further assistance, but when there is a long line of customers waiting, it would be mindful to help the team rather than stand and stare.

This company has very poor customer service. I opened a ticket and disputed a charge because I had indeed sent their equipment back. I heard nothing for weeks. Until I got a text from a collections company. When I called and spoke with "John", he interrupted me twice during questions to speak over me and when I interrupted him because he was not understanding my question, he yelled at me and told me to calm down and stop yelling at him, and then was VERY rude. It turns out they decided to cancel my mobile account without my knowledge so the tablet balance didn't clear my account when it was due so they sent it to precollections the next day. Wow. Just wow. Will never do business with this company again.

This place will rip you off if you let them. I'm disabled and on disability. Get $947 to live off of every month. That means I have to pay all my utilities, rent, food etc with that money. I have two kids that live with me and I do telehealth every month for two different doctors appts. Those appts are always at the end of the month. This place shuts off my service every month on the 24th. So I'm passing for a month worth of service and only getting 3 weeks. I have to pay late fees and reconnect fees every month cause I can't pay it until the first. They refuse to work with me. Won't change the billing date so it's not late. I've paid them extra for months and nothing changed on the small amount I owe on a back bill. They charged me $60 for the first 3 months which was suppose to be free cause of their promotion. They wouldn't take it off my bill. My bill started out around $140.00 a month and it's now $180 and I changed nothing. It was fine when it was time warner. Didn't have this issue. But now that spectrum has taken over... Watch out cause they'll rip you off. I recommend finding anywhere else to get your tv and Internet from. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I sent my woman in to pay my bill many times and she was treated like total garbage every time. The customer service at this location is horrendous, there is no excuse for this and I’m looking for new internet service immediately.

Tried to get a lower price since they are offering $49.95 to new customers but was told I could not get that price and I have been a customer like forever! I would have to disconnect for a month to get that price. Found another provider that was cheaper and 10 times faster. Sorry Spectrum you snooze you lost me as a customer forever!

Poor quality service, pay for 1GB speed and it’s terrible. Poor customer service. Obviously a company built by shady entrepreneurs. Shouldn’t be allowed to do business in this country and rob Americans!

Only one helpful staff member. Terrible Internet provider. Service cuts out weekly and says payment overdue when it has been paid, and set to automatic payments. I'm confused how such a large company has such terrible overpriced service. Neighbors have spectrum with more lines of mobile and internet and pay 40% less than us. Nothing about this business adds up.
