Horrible. Waited 25 minutes for a appointment on 4/14/25. Took a walk in ahead of me. I asked if she was a walk in when I arrived and the consumer stated she was. This was a complete was of my travel and time on a day off and a Sunday to boot. I did clarify I had a 1pm appointment yet, it did not matter to Regal Nails. Why take appointments and commit to a time when a walk in supercedes appointments?

Last time I went to Waterville the younger lady was multi tasking and burnt /cut my finger with the dremel . I said ouch that hurt and she never apologized or anything. Nails weren't beautiful either and very pricey for a crappy job . I can go other places cheaper and my nails last longer too .

There hasn’t been a single place with dropping money at for nails. I may have just got lucky this time, but figured it was worth the review. Hopefully my next visits return the same result.All of these types of nails salons really need to amp up the sanitation though. My word.Shaped and length/style exactly as I wanted.

I went in on a Sunday to get my nails done and their was two ladies working one was a younger girl and the other an older lady the older lady did my nails I wanted a full set of acrylic nails while she was doing it I saw that one of my nails was awfully weird shaped and very thick she had to step away to do an eyebrow waxing and I sat and waited passionately when she was gone I noticed that that same nail had a lot of hardened acrylic underneath touching my skin so I pointed it out and she never fixed that nail all she did was file some of the acrylic from the underside. I've gone to regal nails quite a bit it's been my only salon and I'm no longer going to go. My nails were supposed to be square and there are some that are very wide and wonky and some are way shorter than others. I only said something about the one thick one but they are many problems with all my nails. The pictures I have provided are the worst ones. I also have some that are really thick on one side and thin on the other.

Horrible! Got acrylics done and they were so thick and uneven and bumpy! Nail polish is peeling off and underneath is still wet and getting everywhere. Went to 90's and had them fixed.

$45 and the older woman did mine today 12/15/2021. My daughter had hers done too. Hers looked good and were done in an hour. Mine took almost 2 hours and look like S**T. She filed some way too short so they aren't all the same length. A couple are crooked and the Gel polish job looks horrible. I will NEVER go back there EVER againService: Acrylic nails

I've always preferred to go and have my nails done at Regal Nails and Spa!!! But one day I was running behind after a Dr's appointment and couldn't get there in time for my appointment, so I stupidly called Diamond Nails and regretted it!!! The owner of Regal Nails is the only one that can do my nails and do them correctly.

I went in for a fill. I usually go to 99 nails. But I was at Walmart so I figured I get a fill there. First off. She hurt me at least 6 and 7 times with a dremel hitting my skin. I have dips and bumps in the acrylic. She did not match my nails and made my cuticles very soreService: Acrylic nails

I treated my daughter and myself to a manicure yesterday. Before we left she told us to put our own topcoat on at home because she can't guarantee hers... what?? .. but I did make sure to do it. She didn't put base coat on my daughters nails and after just a few hours of playing dolls the nail polish was almost completely gone. My this morning my nails were chipping too and I have been very careful with them. What a complete waste of money.
