I'm a landlord and occasionally need to repair a window. Portland Glass helps me do this without a full window replacement by my contractor. They come to site and assess the situation and then return and install a replacement or repair with no hassle.

Will never use them for my glass company they had my window sash a week before they did anything with it keep tell me they have not gotten to it, it would be later today or tomorrow and it has been 3 weeks since I brought it in and still no window.

By far the best experience possible each time I have used Portland Glass for windshield needs. Appointment made, vehicle dropped off, windshield repaired, vehicle picked up with new shiny glass. What more can you ask for.

All of my experience with portland glass has been great. When I picked up my vehicle they took down my card number and said the will run it tomorrow that was odd. The glass clean up inside my vehicle could have been way better. Glass on my dash, console, seat, etc. There is also paper or something in my heat vents near the windshield.

I was sooo very pleased with Jeff. He is sooo pleasant. They did a great job.I told Jeff that I appreciated him as he is so very friendly and helpful. Can't think of any one who has been more pleasant. I was looking for the owner on line so I could call him to tell him this, so I hope he does see this.

The Waterville store is where i had my windshield replaced. The two calls prior to my service were very professional and courteous! The employees at the shop were polite and friendly. The replacement was fast, and I felt confident of the replacement.
