Broke down and had to be towed to Mr Roy's. Upon explaining the problem he promptly took time to diagnose a loose wire under the hood. 5 minutes and I was back on the road. Great attitude, great service! We at Precision HVAC Thank you!!!

Jason goes above and beyond then he ever has to the guy knows times are tough he neaver overcharged me and everything he ever fixed has not failed I have had lemon cars and he saved themby fixing them the right way best machanic and an honest person he sets the bar high for what a machanic should be to maney times have other places ripped me off he shows you what needs to be fixed then does the work great job Jason for president ????

Over the last 4 years, I’ve had two cars and have always relied on Mr. Roys for everything and any work my vehicles have needed service. They provide the best services ever, extremely competitive pricing compared to nearby shops, and have always returned my vehicles in substantially efficient timing. Any questions or concerns I have had, they will easily help me diagnose what exactly is causing it. I was at college over the last four years and there were times where I couldn’t get my cars to the shop or even be able to pick them up. Mr Roys would go out of there any even come to me to help me with my vehicle. I am so devastated that I can’t pick up the shop and move them to where I’m off to next because I have never had so much trust and confidence in the abilities of any mechanic shop. But Mr. Roys is that the shop for me. I highly recommend this shop to anyone, especially college students nearby. 5 stars is simply not even to explain how I feel overall about this auto shop.Services: Electrical

CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Don't go here. He will mess your vehicle up guaranteed and then ghost you when you say something. Most of these positive reviews are from ppl he knows so don't believe them. He's messed up my truck and 2 of my friends vehicles and then stopped talking to us when we weren't happy. I would have put 0 stars if possible. He keeps your vehicle twice as long as its supposed to take.. PLEASE DO NOT GO HEREServices: Body & Trim

I needed an emergency brake job! Another garage in Waterville gave me a 300ish estimate and then told me it would be over 600$ after I was there for an hour! Jason who is the owner of Mr Toys said to bring it right in and he had it done that afternoon for the origional quoted price. Thank you for saving me from getting scammed by the chain store garage and we will be back for anything we need in the future.

The guys here are very cool! Theyre a very honest group of guys! Very reasonable pricing, If you want an honest and reasonable garage, this is the one! I have not a one thing bad to say about these guys! I HIGHLY recommend Mr Roy's!

Unprofessional and rude. Kept my car for almost 3 weeks while telling me repairs were in progress before ultimately telling me they weren't going to fix it at all. This caused me to pay $310 for a part I can't use and $325 for towing the vehicle -twice, with absolutely nothing fixed. Jason will make many excuses for the delays - missing tools, waiting for parts, illness, lack of sleep, caring for elderly relatives, a cousin had surgery, no wifi, etc. DON'T bring your vehicle here unless you like being strung along and wasting money.
