Sent my wife out to get a hair cut because she works hard as a stay at home mom to 2 special needs kids, she needed a day away. I was expecting her to come home with a nice haircut, an iced coffee and a smile. She instead came home with a sad look and a bobcut, and no coffee because she didn't want to go out with her haircut. If someone shows you a picture and says it was too short the last time, you don't haul out the clippers and cut it even shorter. Incredibly disappointed, too bad my wife is a kind soul and tipped you, because I wouldn't have even paid you!
