I got T-boned by someone. This place fixed up my truck and I can't spot a single fault. The repair was masterfully done. The only complaint that I have was with parts sourcing, which I don't believe was their fault. I've been a mechanic for years and parts searches can be a huge pain.

I just picked up my car after repairs at Maurice and son auto boby. The repaired vehicle looks amazing. Everything was done with such skills that you can not tell I was rear ended.. I was very impressed with the office staff as well. The kind and courteous service was very appreciated. The mind blower was the complete detailing inside and out, Including the trunk. Everything is perfectly cleaned and vacuumed. The windows sparkle. I am so impressed, I would not ever consider using any other shop if the need arises in the future.
Thank you again to the Staff I met and the staff that fixed the car perfectly.

Not from the area, was stuck in the area due to the accident. They were completely understanding of my situation and kept me up to date by calling me and informing me of the timeline the car could get completed. Since everything is back ordered, everything was very up in the air. They worked on my car promptly and just look at that quality of work. So that’s just exterior but the quality of the car? Perfect. Drives like it did when I first got it. The day after I received the car, I drove it 9 hours straight. Stopping for gas but 9 hours straight, no probs. It’s been a couple weeks since and I’ve been driving the car out and about and still. Perfect. They detailed my car to perfection as well. Ignore the previous bad reviews. If this doesn’t prove they do quality work with quality service, idk what. Also. Meet the owner’s furbaby, Fender. ?

Just got my vehicle back and I couldn’t be happier! Replaced the rear bumper and passenger side front fender on my Ram 1500. It looks like it just came out of the factory!Roy was great. He kept me informed throughout the process so there were no surprises when I went to pick it up(except how great it looks) I will definitely be back for anything else in the future.Services: Painting

I don't understand these terrible reviews. I've used Maurice's since I was a teenager (I'm now 75) and have never had a problem with their work. They were in their original Fairfield shop back then. I just got back my car after the last repair, on time, perfectly fitting parts, and completely cleaned inside, all for the estimated price. Great work.

i called on the behalf of my boyfriend because his car front right tire came off the rim. we initially called AAA who had two cancellations because he was told that they're on their way. Then the number was manipulated by the AA independent tow company. We then got a call from an agent that said they completely understand and they will take care of it "asap" yet did not. They didn't call us, text us, no communication, leaving my boyfriend hopeless along with helpless. With that they showed no kindness in a time of need. Due to the environment that his car was parked in, it wouldn't have been a good decision to leave overnight. So I went on the hunt and searched for a tow company that's open 24 hours. I came across Maurice and Sons. Gave them a call and the first man I spoke to which was the owner, was so kind. He heard out my/his situation and gave us a time frame along with an approximate of cost. I went forward with it because I refused to leave it overnight where it was at (especially after talking to my boyfriend experience right before they came). They came on time 30 mins. The owner's son showed up and also showed kindness. This was more kindness within 1 hr than we received the entire day when this started which was at 7pm today. They communicated with him the entire way and en route. The price of a tow (per destination) was beyond reasonable as such late hour 12:52a too. Talk about coming in the clutch and within the nick of time too.You guys don't know how grateful I am and I know these words don't do half the justice, but truly thank you. For everything. The kindness, promptness, careful handling of tow. If anything else is ever needed you will be in front of my mind first. To those reading this review, PLEASE support your local businesses because they always do it better than commercial/corporate. They treat you like a person and not a cash cow. That to me means a lot - especially in this time. Maurice and Sons you are valued and cherished by these two customers. I hope this brings a smile to your face and lightens your day as you lightened up the end of ours. If I could give 100 stars I SO would. #Roadside2theRescue #SupportBlackBusinesses

Terrible experience. I was given the runaround for weeks about my vehicle, finally when it was ready, paid and left, and then a month later they called me up, demanding more money. Didn’t put my front plate protector on so I can’t mount my plate, which I’ll have to pay to have someone do. Charged me for a service B and now I’m getting a notification that a service is due. Never use this place, they are incompetent and unprofessional.Services: Transmission

Hands down, the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Every employee I interacted with displayed a level of competence that makes me marvel at the fact they are still in business. They have no problem lying to you or cheating you out of money. Normally I only write positive reviews for businesses and that's why it's taken me several years to post this. I gave the owner multiple opportunities to make things right with me and the level of respect I was shown was completely nonexistent. There is a very cute and sweet dog who hangs out in the waiting room but even factoring that in, I strongly urge you to avoid this business entirely. You may have to drive a little further to get the work you need done but go as far away from Maurice and Son Auto Body Shop as you can.
