5-6 week lead time based on my rack being custom. It was at my door step in 14 days, extremely fast turn around time. Excellent quality and love the look of the rack on my truck. Highly recommend!

Ordered a low pro rack through a local dealer and it came next day through them. Picked it up and the fitment isn't 100% in between the rails so the stake pocket bolts didn't quiet line up correctly. Did best I could to install it but spun the passenger side loose and it would no longer hold. No big deal I thought, I'll just contact them for another one. Boy was i wrong. They said I'd need to contact who I bought it through and then they would have contact them, I'd also hace to send a video to them showing the 20 dollar part broke, I even had the receipt and order number ready during the call. Under their warranty claims all is needed for defective parts is the receipt from original owner. Like several in the reviews, I wish I had listened about customer service being so lacking. It's very sad but I have to drill into my truck now to fix this. Very disappointing for nearly 1,000 dollars. Several of my friends want a headache rack after seeing mine, but I will not recommend Magnum.

Bought Magnum rack 2021 for Ford F150, harnesses didn’t fit “new style plug in”. The Place i bought it from said to contact Magnum, whom promised theyd have new ones in a few weeks, weeks turned into months, now over a year later, said i need to go back to Dealer, which i would have done if they wouldnt have kept promising something they never delivered on and now say it may never happen now, how can companies legally get away with this treatment, its unfair, illegal in my opinion and just doesn’t make sense how they can take peoples money without regard like this.

SOLID American made product! The rack has impressive build quality and makes the truck look aggressive! Only issue i had was some wind noise from the center lightbar, but they were able to provide a fix for the issue. Great customer service!!

I see many complaints about serviceand delivery, BUT I had nothing but a great experience. Jessica was super helpful, my rack and rails came 3 days before I expected them, and the fit was perfect with my Rev rolling tonneau cover. Electric hookup was easy, and ... Best of All ... the setup looks AWESOME. My Chevy dealer said they haven't seen rails that beefy before. I can't wait to put in the rest of my order for the back rack and some extra accessories. GREAT JOB MAGNUM !!! AND NOT A "made in china" sticker in sight!!!?

Rack is nice. Now the bad mounting location for stake pockets is wrong. Rack is also narrower then the inside of bed so it overhangs into bed with above rail feet. Not the biggest issues but for the price I should not have to modify the Rack to work that was ordered for my truck. Customer service isn't much help either. Very disappointed with this.

I wanted a magnum headache rack. I order and paid for one. Weeks later hearing nothing from them I contacted and they still couldn't ship. They said they can't keep up making them because of Coronavirus. With no expectations of getting a rack, I canceled and was promised a full refund. A week later, no refund and now they say it could be 7 to 10 days more to get my nearly $700 back. They still can't ship a headache rack either. I became frustrated with them. They threatened that if I give them a bad review they will post an email where is swear at them for taking and keeping all money. Well this is my opinion whether they like it or not.

Turned 35 and decided to finally buy myself a truck. The first thing I wanted was a Magnum Truck Rack. I see these things all over the road, and they just look so much better then any other truck rack I've seen out there.When I got my rack I wasn't disappointed, the quality of the rack is amazing! Installation was so easy I was able to do it myself in very little time. The LEDs are super bright. I love having the extra break lights and turn signals to help people behind me wake up a bit.I opted for the extra LED lightbar in the center of the rack. It is awesome for backing up around the farm. It illuminates everything behind me like it is daylight.Highly recommend this product.

I'm going to be completely honest. The quality of the rack was good, however it was wired all wrong. I told the company about it just so they had a heads up. Instead of an apology or a thank you for letting them know I received emails asking me questions I had already answered. They made it sound like I was lying about it. I would never recommend this company to anyone. You can get the same type of rack through a dealership and get better service. I wish I had read all the reviews before I decided to go through this company. The communication is horrible and the people are unpleasant. Well, my apologies the one lady I dealt with is unpleasant. Unfortunately, one person can ruin it for the business. I could probably have gotten a cheaper rack and even if it was wrong I wouldn't have been out as much money. Good luck to anyone that decides to go through this company.
