ok, now im sick of this shit, you guys really need to get your shit together..I usually go to another local nouria to get my daily coffee rewards..and everyone says Cold Brew's are still ok to get under the rewards, however, when I go to this location..I have had 1 or 2 people tell me cold brew is not covered under that..yet, I was also at this location a couple weeks ago after the first person told me no, this time..I see 2 customers ALONG with one of the employees that day..tell me yes, cold brews are ok too..one couple said they get them everyday..What the fuck is wrong with your staff..ALL you guys..including all the other nouria locations need to be on the same dam page..im tired of going to this location and SOMETIMES I can get a cold brew under the rewards, but sometimes I can't ..I'm sorry, but as a customer..this is very irritating..If I known I was gonna deal with this shit, I would have never even signed up for the rewards..How pathetic! DO BETTER!

Thank you to Megan & everyone else who had a role in getting my son on the bus this morning. You were the last of what I'm now going to refer to as the "Angels of Newport & Waterville". He has been thru the ringer on every level these last few days. Society should take a few notes from the residents of Waterville & Newport.. we'd be a lot better off they did!! God Bless you all!!

J and S Oil in Waterville is no longer in business, they were bought out by another company. About J and S Oil in Waterville WHEN THEY WERE IN BUSINESS. About 2017 when they were in business, i had an oil change. 4 months later when i went to change my oil again at the Toyota dealership near J and S Oil, the Dealership found out my oil pan plug was stripped. They also found damage to the oil pan. I contacted J and S OIl, they verified i had my oil change, they declined repairing the damage despite i offered to go 50/50 on the repair bill. They said words to the effect: 'why did you wait 4 months'. (Obviously, one does not find the stirpped oil drain plug issue til the next time they have an oil change) So glad you not in business any longer J&S oil, 'the family owned company'.

Long story made short. Went in for an oil change, was told that the automatic transmission fluid level was checked. My transmission has no way to check the fluid level. There is a long list of items that are supposed to be checked like air filters, tire pressure, etc. Did I get what I paid for? Or were the items to be checked really checked? Long story: The attendant gave me a list of what was inspected during the oil change. The list showed that the automatic transmission fluid level had been checked and I asked him how is that check accomplished. He said that he wasn't the person who checked it and didn't know how it was checked. He offered to look under the hood. After checking under the hood he didn't find a dip stick and offered to put it back in the service bay to check for a removable plug. While the vehicle was being checked for the removable plug I checked the Toyota web site for some guidance. The Toyota web site described transmissions with no dip stick have sealed units that don't require that the fluid level to be checked.
