I’m normally not one to post a review unless it’s a good experience, however today I was almost rear ended in the result of having to BREAK on the line in order to not be pushed into the vehicle in front of me. The attendants should not be placing cars so close to each other that we are being pushed by the conveyer belt into one another. It was pretty scary and it makes me not want to go back. I also pay for a monthly pass. PLEASE allow cars to get down the line before having us enter. I’d rather wait 30 seconds than get ran into.

29.99 a month for the automatic car wash unlimited washes! GO as many times as you would like. Has to be the same vehicle obviously. So far been going pretty much daily for a month and overall does a good job. They used to offer a spray wax after the car wash and no longer do. Please bring that back!

First few washes with the wash pass, no problems. On my 4th or 5th wash (about 2 weeks into a new pass) it no longer allowed me to wash, says expired and required me to pay for another pass or a single wash. there have also been several times the vacuums are not on even though it's during business hours.
Update: contacted support and they got it straightened out. Was able to email back and forth. Just make sure to take a picture/ note your wash pass number.

Don’t use this car wash unless you want your vehicle damaged. If I could give this 0 stars I would. My car was rear ended as a direct result of the placement of the cars by the attendent. After getting out of the car wash and inspecting the vehicle, I decided to speak with the attendent to make sure this doesn’t happen to other customers. I gave him a heads up that he is placing the cars too close to each other and that I was rear ended. His response was that I should have beeped… at the car behind me…
This was not a busy time of day, so rushing cars through at that distance was at the very least unnecessary.
It’s unfortunate that this individual handled the situation so unprofessionally. Do better.
