I went to the FedEx in Shaw's on 28/July/2024 around 3pm & was told their machine was broken they couldn't take my packages

Very Helpful. No other site could accept QR CODE Return label except the Augusta Branch. I couldn't get this answer online. Hopefully it helps the next customer!
