I'd rather be broke and homeless than ever deal with the headaches caused by mismanagement, incompetence, office pencil pushing policies that aren't compliant with labor laws and takes advantage of the fact most welder/fabricators aren't motivated or intelligent enough to cooperate off task to file and document said instances and leaving papertrails that could ver easily get this company to be forced to pay out a lot of unemployment.

Just had a bad experience on the phone, cold call from this company with whom I am not familiar, demanding payment on an invoice that isn't mine. I've never even heard of this place. Would not recommend based on unprofessionalism.

This is the worst company you could ever possibly use for a commercial body. Their door locks have failed on so many units and they’re only warranted for 90 days. I had some locks fail on my truck but because I operate a business did not have a chance to get back and resolve the issue within the 90 days. I mean who wants to get a truck operating in the fleet then take it right back out of service for door locks and stop making money and put everything on hold. I have reached out to the company who installed it and Duramag is no help to them, they gave me a representatives number which I had called. That representative was no help and did not care about the overall company reputation or customer experience. I have a $100,000 truck that has 20,000 miles on it and broken door locks. I’ve had one incident already where $2000 worth of tools was taken from the body. I am completely disappointed and sick, what a mistake buying this body.

I'm not one to write reviews hardly ever, but I feel the need to on this one. I started email correspondence with the parts department on January 19th regarding parts for a rear door on a Duramag body. Emailed with proper serial numbers on the body/door and they were going to get back to me. I've emailed multiple times, spoke on the phone, and the only answer I can get for an ETA on parts is "I'll check it out and let you know". I don't need them ASAP, I just need to know when I'm gonna see them, even if its months out like everything else is now. I wasn't in a rush, wasn't pushy, I just needed an answer, and that's all. Cost didn't matter, timeframe wasn't a huge deal, I just needed an answer, but apparently they are too busy to give answers. I do not recommend this company if their customer service/parts department operates this way. I've referred people to them in the past for a new body on their truck, but never again. Terrible to deal with. As of today 2.17.22, I ordered them elsewhere from a different local company.

Ordered a rack, they weren't able to make it the way i wanted. no problem, just refund my card. 3 weeks later and multiple phone calls when i was promised a return call and still have a charge for over $600 on my account for a rack not even on order. Shouldn't have to file a dispute with my card company to get my money back

Just picked up our new truck at DuraMag facility with the 20' box plus attic they built. It came out Beautiful being all aluminum and the craftsman ship appears to be top quality. This unit should be rust free for years to come.

I bought a $10,000 Utility body from this company and the paint is coming off in sheets. I believe this company knew very well they had a problem with these bodies and they sold it to me anyway. Now I have a $75000 truck and countless hours in building it only to have it look like a piece of junk with no paint on it. Disgusting!
