Ordered a rack, they weren't able to make it the way i wanted. no problem, just refund my card. 3 weeks later and multiple phone calls when i was promised a return call and still have a charge for over $600 on my account for a rack not even on order. Shouldn't have to file a dispute with my card company to get my money...
