“Was visiting Waterville and decided to stop by this JCPenney (to put it nicely) expecting to find a department store way past its prime. However! Upon entering the store it became very apparent the local staff take pride in their jobs and keep a clean well stocked store. I am more used to visiting JCPenney‘s that are Mall anchors with a much larger footprint. This store despite its smaller size seemed to offer a better variety of merchandise I would even say it almost felt like a miniature Macy’s versus a smaller scale JCPenney, I really liked the layout of the store and staff seemed friendly and happy.
Happy to see this legend of American retail, seeming to be doing quite well in the small city of Waterville”
“The employees at the Walmart, Waterville Maine supercenter are great people & employees. They treat me with the greatest respect and I am an amputee and use a wheelchair. I hardly ever lack in not being helped. The only thing I do not like about the store setup is the metal borders in front of the food display cases. These make iit difficult for me to reach the food..”
“We met Dan in the paint department. He was great to deal with and he provided us with the exact same color that The Home Depot couldn't provide!! We're so glad that he was able to help us. Give that man a raise!!!”
“Like other Walmarts. However, I had a cashier watch me in self check out(I was the only one there). She watched me, checked her phone for my scanning and STILL wanted to see my receipt. It really bugged me at the time because I was in a hurry.”

“Always clean organized and friendly. Deb has been there for a long time so it's nice to see a familiar face. So as seasons change and the faces of staff it's comforting to know she's there with her helpful tid bits and fun loving attitude.I've been wanting a blow out dryer for a few months, pricing them on Amazon. I had my eye on one. I just happened to stop by for giggles and I'll love shopping. Wouldn't you know they had the same one I wanted make model year all of it for $45 less. That was a score all in itself.”
