Usually do my own vacation booking but was told to try Michele at days so our group could stay together in Vegas and we could find some deals. She was difficult to get a hold of throughout the process. Then we had last minute flight changes that she didn't tell us about. My sister almost missed my wedding in Vegas because she didn't get notice over the weekend of the flight change and NO support from Days to get her flight changed. She had to call the airline herself. Then none of us were together on flights or at the hotel after being told we would all be. The last thing was on our return flight I could not get us checked in. Again, no word or response from Michele. I have not heard from anyone there since before our trip. I will NEVER use this service again!

I’ve used Day’s Travel Bureau in Waterville for almost 20 years. Michelle Witten is the agent I’ve used. She does a awesome job! I give her the dates and where I want to go, she finds the best times and flight and always is always looking for the best price when I use a rental car. I highly recommend Day’s Travel Bureau.
