If there was a ZERO, I would use that. We were given a $17,000... Yes that's not a typo... to fix the transmission in our 2018 Trax. Plus, $2500 to inspect, replace struts, and replace a resistor in the blower motor line. Checking out what repair estimates for a new transmission to be installed only had a high of $8500 and a low of $4500. $17,000 feels like a big scam. They charged us $200 for this diagnosis and we took the car to a major tranmission specialist. It needed 1.5 quarts of fluid which they put in for free. It doesn't leak, best guess is when Central Maine serviced the transmission a year ago, they never filled it to the appropriate levels. Also, the gas filled struts had zero issues, car passed inspection with no issues. Oil change, filter, and blower motor fixed all for $89. We will never, ever do business with Central Maine motors again. Which is sad, because the car buying experience was great. We have no trust in them and feel that we were being scammed into two needles repairs.

Went in to look at a few used cars for our daughter in college. Kevin showed us the cars and was very helpful. He also showed us comparable new vehicles. Kevin provided us with accurate prices and options for each vehicle so we could best decision with our daughter. We ended up buying new as the price and the warranty made the most sense. And of course no hidden or document fees. We will definitely be returning for our next vehicle.

I’m giving 3 stars only because the service department did a good job, our jeep broke down they got car in the next day and sent video with what’s wrong. They even called and went over the bill before they started work so pleased with service department. However I didn’t do 5 stars because we were told because we were having our car serviced there we could get a rental and that is the biggest joke. We are a week now and still no rental. We were told a week ago we would be first call, no call. My husband had called several times and just nothing. Different story every time call and I just don’t think we will have our car fixed there again. Very frustrating!

Very very good customer service. They are always friendly and Matt in rentals is super helpful. He has helped my family out several times and we always come back!

In 2022, I purchased a 2018 Buick Encore from Central Maine Motors Group. Adam Almeida worked diligently to pair me up with the car that best suited me and my budget. The finance team worked equally hard to find a lender who would offer the best "bang for the buck." I also take the car there for service, which is top-notch. Thank you to Adam and the rest of the team.

Did all the estimates online. Talked to customer service set up an appointment to come look at car called prior everything was all set. Showed up and got told the cars not available...no word about it being unavailable an hour prior when I called. Had an hour and a half ride 1 way is why I wanted to make sure we were all set prior. Told the salesman that as well so he knew still never mentioned a word until I got there. Now won't answer my calls... terrible experience wouldn't recommend others to go here unless you want to waste time

Great car buying experience! Staff is always amazing! Service dept is amazing and convenient. Drive right in check in and either wait in the nice waiting area or they can drop you off at home. I will be back soon to buy a new vehicle!

too bad there isnt a zero star rating. super agressive salesman that once the docs were signed, threw me away like a piece of trash, was rude and agressive...Adam i believe. service is super sketch too, my first oil change they put 12 quarts of oil in my truck. it smoked so badly it had to be towed back. not impressive! Im thinking this is why my check engine light is on now. the intake and exhaust manifolds and the turbo were flooded with god only knows how many quarts of oil. will never buy from again! they are just all around terrible. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

We found our V8 Grand Cherokee online and contacted CMMAG by text to schedule a test drive the next day. Jake was our salesman. He was really great and personable. We appreciated that there was NO high-pressure sales tactics. Jake worked hard to make our deal happen- getting the price to where we were looking for and making it so we could drive it home that day.
He even recommended The Proper Pig as a place we could grab dinner at before our 1.5 hr trip home. Best bbq we've had in a wicked long time! But those details will be on PP's review page! ?

They sold me a lemon for $12,000. Said they do strict inspections. They neglected to mention the rocker panels rusted out, the exhaust welded wrong, no air conditioning. Needs more work than it's worth one year later. No real lemon laws or consumer protection from Maine State Government. Next car I buy won't be in this state . Oh yeah. Then they offered me a discount that would save me basically nothing as if that's supposed to make up for their scam.
