It was fine, but I wouldn't describe it as great. I came in alone & without my husband, with financing already in place, knowing exactly which car I wanted. While I was on the test drive the price mysteriously went up $1,000 from what it was advertised as...The car was not ready to be sold even though I was able to take it home that day - it still needed an alignment, rust spots fixed & was not cleaned...at all. The previous owner's cardboard boxes were still in the trunk. I've had to go back 3 times since purchasing the vehicle to get these issues taken care of. I live 50 minutes away & this is a very big inconvenience.I thought walking in as a prepared & serious buyer in need of a vehicle that day that the process would be smoother. I didn't want to believe the stereotypes about used car dealers but it turns out they are stereotypes for a reason, sadly.I wouldn't purchase another vehicle from here based on my experience.

I continue to have excellent service at Central Maine Motor Group! My vehicle was fixed correctly and finished on schedule. The entire staff is amazing. They're helpful, cordial, and professional. I highly recommend CMMG!

the staff was pleasant to chat with and they always have provided quality work in the past. I was a little shocked when the price went up more than $60 from what I was told the day before. seems the lug nuts cost over $10 EACH there. that kind of soured the experience for me.

Our experience of purchasing our vehicles through Mike Loubier has been outstanding. However, the treatment we received after our dealings with the maintenance/mechanical department has left us angry. My husband had to bring his truck in for an airbag recall. He received a call at his place of work that the repair was being done however, upon installation they noticed a crack in his dashboard. When he picked up his truck after work they showed him pictures that they had taken "before" they did any work. My husband assured them that there was no crack in the dash prior to dropping it off. Your department was very belligerent and again showed him pictures of the crack that they claim was there before the work was started. My husband spent many years working as a mechanic and is very meticulous with our vehicles. I also ride in his vehicle and can attest that there was NO crack in the dash prior to his visit to CMM dealership. I will also tell you that several years ago we purchased a Hundai Sante Fe from you. It was used but in very good condition. We did notice however, that a mouse had built a nest under the hood. Your garage people again assured us it would be taken care of. When we finally brought it home my husband opened the hood only to find the nest still there. I was reminded of this when the recent truck incident happened and can see that not much has changed. My Jeep that I purchased, also from Mike, has a recall that needs to be attended to and as of today I have no intention of bringing it to you for the needed repair.

Deplorable, despicable....I had an appointment to look at a second hand vehicle. I got there and the vehicle wasn't even ready, they had to go get it from another lot, and when he showed it to me...it was disgusting and dirty. It wasn't cleaned, vacuumed, washed, or even given a quick wipe down. Then, they proceeded to insult me by only offering $300.00 for my car as a trade in. Current Book value on my vehicle is over $4,000.00 right now. After I complained about how ridiculous that $300.00 offer was,...Then, they tried to offer me $500.00 for my car, and the Sales team raised the price of the vehicle i was looking at by another $1,000.00 to cover the money they might lose on the trade with my vehicle, saying it was to cover document fees.I was told that they sell about 500 vehicles a month and that they really don't care about losing one customer.

The sales team is amazing and so great to work with but the service department is another story. I bought my used car from them and only a month and a half after I bought it it started having issues so I brought it in to be fixed and they said they couldn’t even diagnose it because it was a Ford and they were going to try and make me pay a labor fee when they had not even diagnosed or fixed my car all they could tell me was that it was electrical which I knew already because of the issues it was having plus I had to wait three weeks to even get it into their garage to be looked at and I could only get a rental the day before I had to drop it off to get looked at so for three weeks before the appointment I had to inconvenience family members to use their vehicles until mine got fixed because I couldn’t drive it, not very impressed with the service department needless to say.

We are from out of state and were on a road trip through New England when we ended up picking up a bolt in our suburban’s tire while towing a camper with 4 kids and a dog. Libby immediately dropped everything (she was in the middle of lunch) and helped us get back on the road again. So incredibly grateful for her and the mechanics kindness and promptness in a stressful time

I choose Central Maine Motors because it's where I bought my car from Adam Almeida and had the best service!! When I go for oil change, stickers or any questions about my car Joe Brooks in service as well as the girls on the front line are always helpful and pleasant! Not to mention I can always visit with Patty when I'm there for a bit!! They seem to take care of everything and no problems!! CMM would be the place to go!!

Appreciative of quick diagnosis and also getting the truck in for repair. Was told it could be up to two weeks for the work to be done. I had the truck back in less than 4 hours. The service rep (Libby?) was very professional and patient.

My vehicle is a lemon! But over the last year and a half Service has tried to make it right! This time my experience was good! They got it in, I got a call, discussed issues and a time line and got my vehicle back in a few days!! It was clean when it went in for service and clean when it came out!! I didn’t have to deal with hunting anyone down for answers. Thank you Ruby! This experience was a good one.

Dealership Satisfaction SurveyI had an issue with warning lights on and my car getting 5+ less miles per gallon then it should. They worked diligently to fix the issue even through my impatience. I truly appreciate Bob Van Gorden for his immediate replies and the entire service dept.
