This Bath and Body Works location is phenomenal because of the staff. The manager that was here awhile was transferred to the Bangor location I believe(?), and I’m so sad I never see her anymore, but the new manager that has been here in the mornings I come in is also just the absolute sweetest! My husband will sometimes go in here to get me candles or let the kids pick things out for me and the staff that know me will help them find scents I would like or point them in the direction of collections I have told them I haven’t completed yet. I sincerely cannot express how much I appreciate everyone that works here at this BBW.

I mean, come on, it is bath and body works!!!! The staff is always nice and the smells in that place are awesome. They always have nice deals!!! We love the place and we just received a gift card so guess where we are going!!!! We need to replenish our stock lol

Staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Lots of items for the home, car and personal hygiene. During their sales, it's best to stock up.

This really is the worst location we’ve ever gone to, and it isn’t even the first bad experience we’ve had here just the first one I’m taking the time to write about.The staff (manager, specifically) is rude and condescending. They don’t greet customers, they snub their noses at you, and they also don’t bother to remove sale signs then refuse to honor the sales.Pure attitude, earful people. Drive yourself the extra hour and a half to Portland if you want service, not to be treated like scum.

Nice to see the store set up. It had a very Spring like vibe. Only suggestion I'd offer is lower some prices instead of soo many different combo deals. B nice to not have to buy multiples of everything to get an affordable price tag. Also bring back the more simple scents, really odd scent concoctions.
