“Even though it has been a while since Emma Boucher's review, which by no means is directly related to LaCroix's Garage's service experience and is just a poorly written, bitter attack, I feel the need to defend LaCroix's Garage. This woman's issue was unfounded and unsupported by the insurance company, to which she moved away before the adjuster even completed the review. It is cruel to leave a harsh review about a family business that has been around for almost seventy five years when she never stepped foot inside and had any work done. Being a nurse, she should be more professional and compassionate in nature.”
“Bob Van Gorden was great to work with while I was buying my Rav4. He called me right back and sent me information and answered all my questions. He went out of his way to let me test drive a Rav4 and even the Rav I wanted to buy. He had all the paperwork ready and explained everything. About two days after I bought the Rav I have a question about the mode functions. So, I sent him a text and within a few minutes he responded with an answer. He was not lying we pulled in and fixed it right up and was so fair on the price and we were back on our way. We appreciated everything and were so satisfied! Please don’t think twice to use him.”

Went to American Glass and no such response. Got them back quickly, cheaply, and experiemced excellent customer service. There was a technician that was coming in to the office as well that greeted me and rushed to the door to let me in.
Will use them exclusively from now on.”

“Went here because car was making a noise when turning and saw grease near the front CV joint. Was on vacation with the family and just wanted to make sure I could make it back home with out it seizing on the Maine turnpike. I explained my situation they put it on the lift and checked it. Even took it for a test drive. They then let me know it looked ok and to get it checked out when I got back home. They didn’t charge me anything and wouldn’t even take money for their time. Highly recommend them to my family and friends that are local.”

“My son was returning to school after leaving his car on campus for two plus months. The front tire was flat and the battery was dead. I found VIP tire online and went to see about getting a quick tire repair and battery check from O'Reilly next door. Ali the customer service rep was awesome. She said we can take care of it all. They were closing soon but they took the time to take care of me before i left town and not leave it for my son to do while moving in and getting back into the swing of school. She applied my military discount replacing the tire, battery, and did an oil change quickly and had my son back on the road. I highly recommend VIP tire for any parents needing a place for car repair close to the campus. Awesome staff.”
