Knocked on the door multiple times 15 minutes after they were supposed to open they ignored it. They were talking about smoking WEED and using profanity while filling the boxes... this was at 0824 on Oct 15 and was a male and female talking. Very unprofessional will not use this office again.... lots of profanity.....

The woman is nasty and seems to bring personal issues to the workplace. Would like to see her replaced. She will return your packages back to the sender even if she knows who you are if the sender made a mistake on the address.

Terrible service the lady at the front desk is nothing but rude. She will hang up on you and if you are there to pickup a package or mail do not biboth Because she will tell you she won't give it to you and you have to wait until it gets delivered to your mailbox even if you are going out of town. Its pathetic
