Not a horrible place, the hours are a bit rough due to the fact that they close at 4pm as sometimes I can't make it before then. The new staff are nice though.

This post office consistently fails to meet acceptable service standards. Telephone calls go unanswered, mail delivery is erratic and unpredictable (between 1:00 PM and 10:00 PM), and the voicemail system is perpetually full. A zero-star rating would be appropriate.

Entire USPS needs better customer service and restructuring, it's a shame what it has become, don't deliver packages and when called for service you get a system that loops with the intent to not help at all making a person jump hoops with requests for a simple task, to find out why the package was not delivered.
