Deer Pond always had excellent service and integrity but Fabian is now "preauthorizing" more than twice the final bill on customers accounts for at least three days. The day when you order until the day after delivery. Be prepared to float them your money.

Paying for a guarantee is ridiculous. I wasn't expecting to pay for an extra 100 gallons. Then quoting me a price and saying I saved 10 cents a gallon when they upped the price per gallon. I need to find another oil company. I have had deer pong for 17years and now its time to move on

Owner was an absolute unprofessional ahole when he backed onto my neighbors brittle driveway then left me w/ no fuel on a Friday when I confronted him about it. People like this shouldn't be in customer service. Sit home and count your money. You'd be much better fit hiring a good driver with some people skills.

We have been purchasing our K1 from Deer Pond Fuel for over 10 years. We order online for delivery the following day. DPF has made emergency deliveries for us in the dead of winter. The drivers are excellent and the office staff amazing!!! No reason to go elsewhere.

Best K1 delivery in Hollis. I went back to burning wood for a few years and when i placed an order they reminded me of my $23 credit from a few years back. Always close to lowest price. I dont bother shopping around anymore. Thanks DPF

Great service. Same day or next day delivery every time i call (i live in Limerick). They take CC with no extra charge. The driver DIDNT smash all of my plants like my last company. A local company that seems to care about their customers.

I have never had any issues with this company. I order online and it shows up on time. They are always nice on the phone when we call. I don't need to look any where else I will keep my business with deer pond fuel.

I am wondering why K1 is gelling at the filter? This is the 4th morning I have woke up to no heat. I keep changing the filter and it just gels back up.

What an awful experience trying to get my tank filled. I've never written a google review ever in my life, but the way I was treated by the owner inspired me to sign up a gmail account just to let the people know that they should spend their money elsewhere. This was the first time I've dealt with this company, and there won't be a second opportunity. The only reason I went with this company because they're local. I just moved to the area and thought it would be a nice gesture to continue to do business with deer pond because they were recommended by my land lord. Long story short there was an issue with finding my address even though there was a pre existing account with my address. I was told that my current address' was being billed to a PO box and that's why they weren't able to pull up my location, in spite of the fact that they've clearly delivered to said address in the past. I was given the excuse of " well what happens when my driver fills up the wrong house" I'm sorry, but it's not my responsibility to hire competent employees that can read street signs and find the correct house. I wasn't able to get in touch with the company to confirm my address and missed our scheduled delivery date, so I'll admit that I screwed that part up, but to be told off by the owner in the manner in which she did was beyond unacceptable. I offered to pay the $100 dollar fee for an emergency delivery, and she was ready to take my money, but couldn't give me a time frame for delivery and pretty much said I'd be the last delivery of the day and that'd I would have to wait or go to the gas station and buy 5 gallons of diesel put it in my tank, prime my furnace and wait till the next scheduled delivery date. I was mostly ok with this option, but after being told off by said owner, I told her I didn't have to spend my money with her company and I could easily take my business elsewhere she got very confrontational and ended the conversation with "I'm done with you" and stormed off to her office. I decided that I would take my business elsewhere. I literally sat in her parking lot and in 5 mins had a delivery scheduled for the same day and they only charged me $60 for an emergency delivery fee, and they are based in a town 20 miles farther away from my location. That was at 8am and I just got home around noon and they had already stopped by and where able to fill up my tank. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. From the second I asked any questions, I was met with a confronting owner telling me I was wrong and that she really didn't want to go out of her way to help a new customer even though I was willing to pay her an extra fee to not go cold another night. I wasn't there trying to get a minimum delivery, I was there to purchase 250 gallons of fuel. They let the better part of $700 walk out their door. Clearly if you are in a position to let that kind of money walk, you clearly don't need any new customers. Her attitude clearly dictated what kind of company they are. If you are in the market for a new oil company, you've been warned.
