He even told me I'm going to need front brakes replaced (which I already knew) but said I can probably make it a few more months. He didn't try to run up my bill or tell me I need work that I don't. “I was staggered when I got the bill for my oil change. My VIP station used "the best" without asking, doubling the price I expected to pay for a standard oil change. I am retired, on a fixed income, so this hurts. Staff should be sure of what the customer wants before automatically going for the highest price.
Since then, however, the district manager called to apologize and offered to make it right. I am very impressed that VIP cared enough to follow up on my comment and correct procedural issues. This makes me want to go back to them, and I will recommend them to others.”
“Had my Jeep towed their following a hit and run accident I was involved in after our last snow storm. I could have taken it anywhere but I've heard nothing but good things about Moody's Collision. The job was done at about the time I was told it would be done and It was done right the first time and with about $100 less than what was quoted.
My first impression was the organization of the shop! Clean, organized, and impressive.
The employees all seemed very mature and serious workers. A refreshing sight these days.
