Great place to go for insurance.Paul is always on the look out to get you cheaper prices if they are available.Whenever I have called for anything if I have to leave a message he always returns the call in a timely manner.I have been using this company for many years now and have always been very happy with the service that I receive.

Paul has been extremely healthful over the years in helping us make the right decisions regarding our insurance. I find insurance confusing and I have texted/called him at different times of the day, even when his office is closed with questions that I have. Paul provides the type of service that is lost in many industries these days - particularly insurance. He answers the phone, provides answers to questions as quickly as possible, and is able to adapt to market changes and help his customers reach their goals - including saving money! Used Compass since 2009. Last 2 years the service has been terrible. Did not review our policies, had to call to get a reasonable rate. During the change over our policy was left in underwriting during a major weather event due to communication issues between agent and company. Then we were double billed. Then this year at renewal we were double billed again and agent blamed us because we called and asked for a follow up since nothing had been dispersed from our escrow account. So if you want to pay more than you should and like being double billed all while being blamed for your agent's failure to communicate, this company is for you. Changed agents and am now MUCH happier
Edit: The issue with the double payment had nothing to do with me calling and asking a question or my mortgage company. Safco double posted a bunch of payments, not just mine. Had the agent just bothered to follow up, the issue would have been resolved in a day. New agent got everything squared up and corrected in less than 8 hrs with 1 phone call. I stand by my review that the service was subpar.

We have been with Compass Insurance for years.
Always have had great service and, most importantly, prompt service.
When I backed my truck into a CMP pole, Paul immediately let me know what he needed. My truck got fixed within a month and my cost was $100.
My husband got rear-ended and Paul took care of all the details. We didn’t have to deal with the insurance of the other driver.
The Jeep got fixed in 6 weeks.
We are so happy with Compass Insurance. Our needs get met and all without hassle or multiple phone calls.

Paul has been our agent through starting a new business, and three teenage drivers! I HIGHLY recommend him. He is always looking out for what is best for us and is very quick to respond to my plethora of questions. He is so very good at his job!!
