Overall staff has been helpful and kind! typical hardware store products, definitely priced a bit high. Have dealt with being sold the wrong product and incomplete products a handful of times. Biggest complaint is with the apparent owner. It is rare to meet someone so rude and entitled. Have witnessed this and experienced it myself. An absolute shame.

This is a wonderful store, the service is so attentive. Every time I go in the owner says hello, and is so helpful. he takes any items I'm carrying and brings them to the register. A wise move since I usually end up picking up something else.? I prefer a small town store like this to the box stores any day! They'll go out of their way to help.

Great folks and important local hardware and feed store. Tend to close a few minutes early; I have often called ahead when I think I might be down to the wire. They have never closed up early on me when they've known I was en route.

The staff is wonderful! Always pleasant and helpful. Have pretty much everything you need so you can skip the big box stores. Would 10/10 recommend going here, a lot of times if they don't have it they will order it too. Also they are always so appreciative of our business. Love them!
