We were looking to purchase a new spa and Island Pool and Spa was very helpful. When we bought our spa we weren’t ready for it yet so they stored it until spring. When it came time to deliver it they were very helpful, actually juggling their schedule to work with the crane company who had to set the spa on our new deck. Everything went so smoothly and now we are enjoying our new spa thanks to all the help we got from Island Pool and Spa.

I had trouble with my hot tub I had bought from another company and this company had island pool and spas come check it out and well WHAT a relief to have 2 knowledgeable polite service people come out to fix the issue. They also spoke with the company I purchased the tub from to tell them what I needed and once I received the part island pool and spas came back a did the repair and now the tub is running perfectly!! Thank you Island pool and spa

When our spa heater malfunctioned on a cold winter’s day, Island Pool was there immediately to rectify the situation. Always friendly and informative service from Hans, Kayleigh, Service Techs and in-store personnel.

The staff at Island Pool & Spa was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, beginning with our initial search for a tub. They addressed all our questions, resulting in us being able to select a tub that fit all of our needs. Once the tub arrived, they were very flexible with delivery, giving us time to prep, and also in dealing with weather issues. The delivery crew was also very professional, courteous and informative. On the day we set the tub up, the owner followed up with us (after hours) to make sure all went smoothly. The customer service is excellent and we highly recommend them.

The crew is always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They always ask what more they can do before they leave. Super helpful and conscientious. I know we're out of their usual territory, so I really appreciate their willingness to come every year.
