“Don't go to VIP! Don't go to Maine auto, HEAD straight to Tire Warehouse of Agusta Maine! The price is worth the out come, go ahead; pay 80$ total for rotation and balance you won't get the out come Agusta warehouse will show. I have a Chrysler 200 and I need my tires balanced after just getting the car from LEE Atuo Mal's, and of course the tires weren't balanced. Showing up to any other place that Agusta? You'll regret it. I have he smoothest ride in the state!”

“I’ve been a customer for years. Concept Auto has been very fair to me over the years. Many years ago I met with Dale and stated to him the one thing I can’t stand is feeling like I’ve been ripped off. (Buying parts and labor unnecessary). I’ve been a customer now well over ten years. I’ve never felt I was being charged for unnecessary services. With that said, I want my vehicle fix right, which doesn’t always mean cheapest.”

Every time I have called about something wrong with my vehicle JP has gotten me in right away so he could have it looked at to see what is wrong and to make sure it is safe to drive until he can get the part(s) ordered and get it repaired. He understands that I drive my vehicle a lot of miles every day for my job and I cannot be without it any longer then absolutely necessary. He always explains what is going on with it so that I can understand. The work has always been done well and in a timely manner. “I went there in the first time I did they charged me for a front end alignment I turned around went there today and they charged me for a four wheel alignment which my truck does not need a rear alignment they said well they checked it it wasn't worth $107 for an alignment give me a break again I got screwed and I would never go there again because they are not transparent in their prices”
