“I was in the middle of a 6 hour trip when my engine was about to overheat. After going to the VIP in Waterville (they were too busy but also helpful) I was sent to this location. The guys were so kind and they were able to take care of my car issue. They showed me what piece needed replacement and kept me updated with price and progress throughout. For it being a stressful situation they set my mind at ease and were so wonderful and helpful. I’m so grateful for the entire experience from start to finish!”

He went out of his way to let me test drive a Rav4 and even the Rav I wanted to buy. He had all the paperwork ready and explained everything. They could have easily sold me parts to make sales, but they didn't. Their honesty may have cost them $5, but it has guaranteed them future business. I have the responsibility of maintaining 6 vehicles for myself and family. They have gained my trust and I will shop there for all my vehicles needs. And they are open until 9pm... Huge selling point. I get out of work after 8. I can buy what I need and not have to wait until a day off which isn't always easy. Cannot give enough praise for this location. They went out of their way to pick up a part for me at another location rather than just send me there. Best customer service in this field.”
