Bought popsicles they were all melted but I just let that go did not bring back the nexed week went in bought creamsicle they tasted like a chemical and the only thing they would do was tell me to call the company on the back

There are very few options in this area, so I occasionally go to this store if I need something quick. It is very dirty, inside and outside. Perhaps while the staff are standing outside smoking cigarettes, they could grab a rag and wipe down the door or glass, or pick up trash or sweep the curb. Inside is even worse. I have had to blow the dust off items I pick up, but there are employees hanging out talking about their latest personal issue. It is too bad they couldn't get decent employees and leadership because this could be a decent store.

I visit this Family Dollar Store on 3/18/2021 in Unity, Maine, and stated that the shelf price did not match the registered price. stating "A continuing problem, the shelf price doesn't match the check out price, I've called it to their attention multi-times until I have decided not to use this store as my go-to store any longer." update I checked back this week on 4/12/21 and it is worse, a can of Chestnut hill string beans was marked as special 70 cents a can, regular price is marked 75 cents a can, but at the register rang up 80 cents a can. So, Not a thing has changed, the staff is well aware of this problem of the cash register not reflecting the shelf price, as I have confronted the staff and manager both times. They are uninterested. Said they hadn't got around to it, but were gossiping about their personal lives when I entered the store. Plenty of time for gossip, no time for doing their job they were hired to do. I bought nothing.

Worst customer service I have experience in a long time. I was berated even after apologizing for not noticing a sign that they couldn't sell frozen food today. Maybe lock or tape the doors, put the signs near the handles, accept your customers' sincere apologies? Be quiet and finish the transaction instead of trying to throw your weight around? It's all good, I kept my money and got myself "banned." It's 100% worth it to call out someone who should NOT be in customer service. Hi, corporate?

This is one of the cleaner Family Dollars I have been in and I havent had any bad experiences since I started shopping here almost a year ago. Like any dollar store they have a small staff who is expected to multitask and get everyone checked out quickly and I think they do pretty well.

I went to Family dollar my debit card was charged twice for the same charge. Then I purchase Xmas light that did not work and they would not take them back. Two time I will not give them a third time.
