Food was wonderful. Although the service was very good too, by the woman who waited on us, a gentleman/employee was loudly voicing annoying political views which was not so great.

We learned about this unique charcuterie from a book "Gastro Obscura: A Food Adventurer's Guide". As we were vacationing in Rockport Maine, we made the hourlong drive to visit the store and we were so glad we could come. The owner Matthew Secich used to be a chef at Michelin star restaurant and the cured meat that he sells certainly reflects his culinary expertise. He gave us lots of samples to taste -- pastrami, beef stick, smoked cheese, and many different sausages. We ended up buying quite a lot of pastrami and a selection of unique sausages. We also enjoyed our conversation with the owner and his family. Wish we lived nearby so we could come here often. If you are visiting this area you should definitely stop by to check out this unique store.
By the way the receipt shows the address as 124 Kings Lane, Unity ME 04988. And they are only open on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

Absolutely fantastic small meat and cheese shop. The pepper jack cheese was smoked to perfection and the teriyaki sausage was tender and super flavorful. The pepperoni had a nice smoke flavor and wasn't greasy at all. I'd 100% recommend this place and I will be back again!

We head down several times a year. Love the smoked bacon and the different sausages and cheese. We also like the and tincture and soaps. Love stopping by.
