Chris and the service team are the best! Chris is friendly and super helpful. Their response time to fix my mower is beyond quick. I know they go out of their way to fit me in and I so appreciate it. Thank you all for the best service and quick repairs.

Ever sence they changed there name the prices are outrageous !!..considering I bought my tractor from them you'd think there would be some kind of respect but forget there's not ...they charge a milage fee from union to the Chelsea area which is over $3 which is ridiculous cause if I drive there it cost like $5 or $10 to get there if that ...$100 ?charge from them ?...no thanks and that's not including service btw ...so I thought I was stuck, fortunately for me this year I found a place in Manchester that charges $50 absolutely the best service ever ...BOBS SMALL MOTORS ...so for seasonal maintenance it cost $139 plus $50 for pickup compare that to john deere ..yea no more money to them ...

Had a problem with the PTO switch on my John Deere lawn tractor. The service manager(sorry I didn’t get his name) made the correct diagnosis and suggested a new switch which solved the problem. Zach in parts found the correct part and all is well. Excellent customer service as always. Have been a customer(originally Hammond Tractor) for over 30 years. The name changed, but he service remains excellent. Thank you.

Really not a good experience. Asked about a draining issue on the battery. Was told the battery was old. Said I believed it was newer and could the alternator be checked. Was told it was fine, they replaced the battery. However, when they returned the mower, it could not be started. They are blaming the fuel…really. It’s not like it is used every year. My hat off to Rick in service… really doesn’t know what he is doing..wish him the best. Eric, wow.. they actually pay him…

I am thoroughly disappointed in the service for my walk-behind DR field and brush mower that I bought there four years ago.It wouldn’t start this winter so I brought it in to be repaired and serviced. Twice I brought it home from them and twice it wouldn’t start. And they have not stood behind their work. I put over $700 in repairs now and the latest PTO switch they installed doesn’t work! Time to find a new dealer.

A few years ago I bought a Sthil chain saw from here. I told the guy what I was planning to do with it and he made some suggestions on saws to buy. A year or so later I was in need of a string trimer I went back and told them what I was doing and he sold me the cheapest model they had didn't even try another model. Both saw and string trimer have work flawlessly. I am not in the market for a subcompact tractor to maintain my property I stopped in with my wife and spoke with Kane told him what I was looking at and why. He quoted 2 options for me and made some suggestions on what he thought would be best. I had some follow up questions a few days later via email and he was quick to respond.The parts desk once got tasked with helping my wife get bar nuts for my chain saw as I had them come off and she was driving by. They were friendly and professional and helped her. She felt pretty confident and isn't nervous to go get parts from that store when needed.

The union ME branch of united ag is absolutely top notch. I have lost count of the amount of times the team has bent over backwards to help myself and my crews to get back out and running. From the service department troubleshooting and fixing problems minutes after we rolled in with a trailer full of mowers. to parts departments finding us much needed parts to keep the day rolling. We can’t thank them enough and respect their dedication to their customers. We will be long time customers of United AG And Turf Union ME -Parkerhouse Property Care

I recently visited the Union Maine store. I was waiting for Damion, who is the parts manager waiting on a customer. The discussion was on a bad pneumatic hose the customer needed replaced. Damion went out of his way to help him in a friendly, professional manner. The guy left with a smile on his face. The atmosphere in the entire shop was friendly and professional. The place is immaculate also. "PRIDE-Professional Results In Daily Efforts" sure comes across here!

Great group of people. Rick in service took my call five minutes before closing time and asked a mechanic to troubleshoot a hydraulic air lock after changing my hydraulic filters. Without their commitment to customer service staying a few minutes past closing time I would not have been able to be on time for a volunteer project in the morning thanks team United Ag and Turf.Bob Wellen Union ME
