Mindy has cut my hair twice. She's nice and did a good job. The first time I was a new walk-in and she was available. But the second time I had called for an appointment and left a message and nobody returned my call. A few days later I happened to be in the area so I stopped in and she was available. I told her about the no return call. This time I left a message Tuesday morning, again this morning (Thursday) and now again Thursday afternoon with no response and no return call after leaving messages. I guess I have no choice but to find a place that will actually respond to customers and want appointments.
