One of your employees, abuses her children, berates her mother over nothing, drives drunk everywhere she goes, including when she wakes up and on her way to work. And also wishes death on her 3 year old niece, just thought you all should know!

Apparently, this store likes to call people trespassers if they don't want someone in the store and haven't done anything wrong. Seems to me that if a store doesn't like you, they scream trespass even though they're a public store. This store doesn't even have a bathroom for public use. The floors are always dirty, and the staff are extremely rude to customers. I wouldn't even let my dog in there, much less a human being. Food and other things are always more expensive than hannaford, and that's saying something.

I baught medical supplys from dollor general here in turner maine with my humana medical card and the over charged me $8.00 the will not in anny ways pay me back and human is on thim about paying me back its ben a week and a half and human told me to report thim to medical bord as i have copy of recipet from humana showing the owe me 8.00 for thing soposto be coverd medical by thim im a disable man if thwr doingbthis to me how.manny others will they do it to now its out of my hands and human will help me report thom in a facintly matter rhis store will be reported to my state senite asap with proof of we filing a grevence agents dollor general me and hamana there using things agent me and thwres nothing to be used agent me i dont even carry a criminal record and they make me feel so low to steal off a disabled man

I tend to agree withs some of the comments from each other reviews on this Dollar General location. I had driven by this location many times, but never found myself needing to stop for anything. Quite frankly, I had very little knowledge of what I would find at a Dollar General. I decided to step in and check it out.The positives first. Location is convenient, along Route 4, which is a main drag for many traveling from Lewiston/Auburn, through Turner, Livermore, Livermore Falls and Gray. Staff is friendly, but their body language says otherwise. They do treat all their customers with respect in the few interactions I have witnessed. They do a have a good selection of snacks and drinks.Now the negative. It looks nothing like the corporate photos posted on Yelp. That looks like a flagship location that is used to show locations what theirs should look like. This location crams a lot of stuff into ever nook and cranny it can find. Some aisles feel narrow and in some cases boxes of products get left in the aisle while they are helping customers at the front. Organization wise, they have a lot of work to do.The one aspect that frustrated me was how Management treats their staff. I witnessed a worker stocking shelves, working pretty hard, and a manager standing at the front doing nothing call for that person to stop what they were doing to ring a customer out. They then proceeded into the office where I could hear them chatting with a friend or family member on the phone. I didn't understand why I had to wait another 60 seconds to check out when the manager was clearly capable and available to check me out. Being a Manager does not exempt you from doing work as you should be setting the example. Leadership needs to change at this location.

Also stock carts everywhere making it hard to maneuver carts around. Also always a wait in line with one register open while there is an employee outside smoking. Shelves never fully stocked because everything is left in the stock carts in the middle of the lanes.
