My car randomly started to shake and I swung into Diamond Auto Repair. The owner helped me out immediately, treated me fairly, and fixed the car in a timely manner. We have been using Chris for our car needs for over 15 years now. When I was growing up he worked on my parents vehicles and now that I have a family of my own, he takes care of our cars as well. Brought my car there was told it was the alternator. I brought my alternator to Buko to be repaired they said my alternator was perfectly fine. It was a fuse. Got the fuse fixed now my car doesn't have heat, a/c. When I brought it to Chris everything was functioning. Also I had brand New rain ex wipers when I brought him my car, those are missing and were replaced with broken wiper blades. I'm also missing items that were left inside my car. Now I have to bring my car to the car dealership to be fixed because a lot of power items aren't working. Very disappointed. Civil court is my next step.

Chris Diamond does great work, but it's hard to get an appointment with him. He usually has a considerable amount of work lined up, so you can't really count on him if you're in a hurry. That said, if you aren't pressed for time, Diamond does excellent work. He's polite, honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and utterly fair. I'd never take my cars to anyone else if it wasn't for time concerns.
