I'd rather hire some other company to install a whole new heating system than EVER call them for "help" again. The "repairs" they did didn't work and the next technician we called said they had installed the wrong nozzle. When I asked them to adjust the bill accordingly they ignored me twice , office staff gave me attitude and then sent another bill...this time charging interest ! NO STARS. This won't post unless I give one star so I begrudgingly gave the one star....forget this outfit. Won't do business with them E V E R !

Called at 9 about a delivery of propane, not our standard delivery as our generac has been working none stop due to storm, and they were there in 40 min! Thats amazing customer service.

They come out fill my tank then my furnace breaks in February of last year, they replaced a part the guy later told me he already knew it would break within a few hours or day. Then another guy comes out and tells me that i need new wiring roof jack and base. Then the original guy came out a few weeks back to give an estimate to replace before winter. He tells me there is nothing wrong with the jack or wiring or base and that they no longer fix kerosene. Then tells me that the old emergency shut off is now illegal and that i will need a new tank because its rusty and they would not fill it again. They JUST FILLED IT and i have over 1000 dollars of kerosene in my tank that im stuck with!! And they still have not given me an estimate to get me heat before wintee hits again!! DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU DONT HAVE TO!!!

We have done business with Waldo County Oil for some time. I have had it with them and will never use them again. They play games with the accounting to charge the client more. This last ime we didnt get our invoice becaswue they sent it to my son. I never saw it so for 220.00 we was a little late it paying it so they didnt deliver our propose on auto fill as usuall so we ran out. They have now charged us 125.00 extra for making a delivery plus the cost of the propane and then even though we didnt see or talk with anyone they now are charging us with another $312.00 to pressure test the system and start it. $437.00 paid extra for nothing. Waldo County Oil is out for themselves 100% not for the client. Stay away.

Was out of oil, normal oil company said they could be out in 6 days…called these guys up came out same day, bled my system back! Gained a new customer with their customer service! Thank you!!

Top notch job installing our new propane furnace and they got it done a day earlier then projected. This was a conversion from oil to a propane system. We felt like we were a priority and they wanted to do this job with as little inconvenience to us as possible and that’s what they did. They were clean and respectful of our property and our space, maybe even leaving the basement cleaner than when they found it. Communication was maintained throughout from the estimate to the completion of the job. We appreciate this team and would recommend them to friends and family. Thanks everyone!

Recently, when my furnace needed service, I was very anxious about having a serviceperson on my property because I adhere vigilantly to Covid protocols, as we all should. Waldo County was very thoughtful, minimizing the time in the house, following the protocols, and making sure I stayed warm. I've been a customer for decades. There's a reason for my loyalty. I can't recommend or thank Waldo County Oil & Propane enough. I called yesterday in a panic because we had run out and our regular supplier was not available to deliver for an unknown amount of time. Every staff person I met or spoke with was so friendly and helpful. They inspected everything and had propane in my tank by noon time today. I had called around to all local Propane suppliers and they were the only people who actually wanted to help. Unbelievable customer service, if you ask me!

must be a recent customer like that year,said 4-10 weeks, even though they first said next week,(I've called at different times always the same saying 4-10w)Won't help you at all, but they did the work before! I burn wood and oil,don't need oil every year, last time they put a water tank in and didn't check for leaks!

In regards to the comment below that they do not deliver blended fuel, that is a false statement. They deliver whatever ratio of fuel you want , kerosene/#2 heating oil. They also stand by their work 100%. If they cant figure something out the first visit they will continue until they do. They are very strict with codes and will inform all customers of any issues they have with their heating systems and fuel tanks. I have been a happy customer for 22 years!
