“We stayed a week and enjoyed this location tremendously. We walked along the beach everyday and enjoyed beautiful sunsets. It’s located in a quiet area and close to restaurants, Bar Harbor, and Acadia Park. The food was delicious and Sarah and Dax went out of their way to make everything perfect. I would definitely stay there again.”
“We stayed 3 nights in this hotel and we loved it. The rooms are pretty big and have unrestricted view to the ocean. The place is clean and offers few activities for kids. Easy to access cruises from the pier close to the hotel. The breakfast was very good, with healthy options and very tasty fruits. Easy access to Acadia national park.”
“Rooms are not typical “Hilyon” quality but it’s a good place to rest and shower. However, breakfast and service still matched to what you will find at other Hilton locations. This place is about 30min to Bar Harbor and off costal Route 1”

“Edit** we came back here, 6yrs later and still enjoyed it as much as we did the first time around!!
It was a very cozy, welcoming feel to the whole place. The rooms are quite small but plenty comfortable enough, especially since we were gone exploring the island most of the day. All of the staff were very friendly, informative, and helpful. The small touches make it worthwhile.. we loved the convenient laundry facility, the chairs outside each room, a clean pool, and bon fire area give the place something extra! We will definitely be back if we ever visit the area again!”
“I have high praises to Nick, the front desk staff. He is extremely helpful from the beginning. I remember asking him for an extra cookie, and he was very kind to give me a second bag. At the end of our stay, I mentioned that my mom lost her earring at checkout, and later that day, Nick called and said they found it while cleaning the room. This news made my mom very, very happy. Thank you, Nick.
PS. Nick deserves employee of the month award and a raise for his excellent customer service.”

“I was very impressed with our stay at the Best western inn, Bar Harbor. My boyfriend and I stayed this past October for 2 nights (I know i’m a little late on posting), Our room was exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfy! Quiet at night and peaceful in the mornings… the only thing I had an issue with about our stay was the fact that breakfast didn’t have many options… and what they did have didn’t taste so great ?The front desk staff was very friendly throughout our stay and accommodating when I asked for a few extra towels!Overall we thought the vibe was really cozy and relaxing, we plan on visiting again next year! ?✈️Rooms: Exceptionally clean! Our housekeeper did a great job!”

“We had a room in the annex, which is completely remodeled, and we’re very pleased with the accommodations. The pillows were the best ever and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed having a bathtub to soak after long days hiking. Very convenient parking.Nearby activities: The park is not too far away”

“Really great service at check in and a nice "to go" breakfast from 5am each day. Within half an hour of Acadia National Park, it was perfect for getting to and from everywhere we wanted to get to.Would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to visit this area.”

“As we are travelling through Maine to New Brunswick in Canada we were looking for an inexpensive place to stay for the night. After reading the reviews we thought for the price it would be worth a look. It is a small and dated room but clean with a comfortable bed. The A/C worked well. Shower was great!
If you’re looking for a good place to stay for a night this will meet your needs.
The office staff were terrific and helpful.

“Front desk would not let us use their outlet to charge our car due to energy costs. Running their 220v AC unit in the room would cost them more, so does not make sense to why cause trouble for people who are on vacation for no cost to them…”
