It would be nice if they kept their money order slips stocked. Particularly at the beginning of the month when people need to pay rent. You know something that can be ordered and anticipated for since it’s a monthly event.

I live on Brookside Dr & I receive mail for Home Place all the time, which is attached to Brookside Dr & today I received my next door neighbor's mail, but not mine. And they put my dog's Barkbox delivery on top of the mail box.Do better! This is ridiculous.

I strongly request that the mail carriers do a more careful job dropping off packages. Two items in a box of 4 from Amazon sustained water damage because it was left on the wet, muddy ground by the mailbox. Please make the extra effort and deliver packages larger than the mailbox to the front door of a house instead, place it somewhere where it won't run the risk of damaging the items I paid money for.

Always a pleasant place to do business. Kudos to delivery drivers and clerks for serving the public during the pandemic. Please support our post office and postal workers.

So disgusted with the delivery workers. Was notified this morning by text that a package I have been waiting to arrive for 3 weeks was finally Out for Delivery. Unfortunately, when I went to the mailbox after I heard the delivery truck stop at the mailbox in front of our house, the package was not there. We are adhering to state directives to stay at home and there have been 3 of us here all day!
I checked the online package status online and found it changed to Held at Post Office per Customer Request. I did not request the package be held, and find it interesting that the post office would contact their delivery worker telling them not to deliver a specific package, after the package was Out for Delivery.
This has happened many times in the past 3 years and Iim tired of such pitiful service. Are some delivery drivers bothered deby togetting out of their their truck to put a package on my sidewalk if it won't fit into the mailbox? Isnt that their job?

Been here a lot and never an issue. To the people complaining about bad delivery drivers, the Brunswick PO is the one that delivers mail to Topsham.

Lazy delivery drivers. Have TWO deliver regardless forms on file, have spoken with post-master, and still get “Failed to Deliver - come pick it up yourself” notices. Ridiculous, lazy, and unprofessional.

I moved to Topsham about 2 years ago. On my first visit to the Post Office, I met Sally. I felt so welcome and she was extremely helpful. Her customer service is bar none. I make a point to go into the Post Office just to see her smile and to say hello. Thank you Sally for all you do, you are appreciated more than realize. Joan Riggs

Went there at 11:30 am on a Saturday and they closed the window already. The hours are supposed to be until noon. About 6 months ago they did the same thing to me also. Irritating.
