I have had numerous bad experiences at this Toyota. The customer service at the location is terrible. I had one service rep belittle me because I’m female and couldn’t possibly understand what he saying without making cooking references. Then today I went for my 8:30 appointment and came back around 9:30 - I was just getting a tire rotation and they had not even brought my vehicle in and then stated that because I decided not to wait with my vehicle that they did not start service and that if you do not wait at the business, the appointment times do not matter. They did not explain this when they asked me if I wanted a ride somewhere, nor did they confirm a time. The female then continued to be argumentative, even after numerous times I stated we were going in circles and that now I knew this but it is something they should state before and not after the fact. Dealing with poor service reps makes me not want another Toyota. I will say the shuttle workers are always very pleasant and nice, and the service manager is as well. When all of my tires wore out in the same spot, the misogynist service rep was trying to make me pay for 4 new tires, when it was clearly a defect, and a woman in sales talked to me about what was going on and then went to the service manager and he handled it and made sure I was not responsible for the defect.

Been going there for years!!! Always willing to listen when I have concerns but best of all don’t have me do more work than necessary. My Prius just passed 270,000 miles!!!

The Topsham establishment has always had such poor customer service etiquette. I just inquired about brakes and it took 20 minutes to make an appointment and the girl couldn’t have been bothered to be dealing with it. Auburn Lee however is SUPERB I will just keep going there.

Please note if your going to buy a car from Lee Toyota in Topsham... they NO LONGER PROVIDE SERVICE ON SATURDAYS ( but i bet you can purchase a vehicle on saturday). This is VERY inconvenient for those of us that work Monday to Friday. And they are not open late in the day. This means I would have to take time off (loss of income) to go to this dealer to PAY them the BIG dollars they charge for service. They did not survey their customers on this change; they just decided to make this change despite the customers inconvenience and additional cost for getting their vehicle serviced. Because of the lack of customer consideration and extra service costs for losing work hours, I WOULD LOOK ELSE WHERE TO PURCHASE OR SERVICE A TOYOTA VEHICLE. Lee Toyota does not have its customers' best interest at heart! You cannot make this stuff up... they did it to themselves.

IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. I spoke with a salesperson all week and we decided to meet this morning to buy a vehicle. The salesperson did not put my name on "the board". Another person was due to see the same vehicle later. So the sales manager Mike Cosgrove gave first pick of the vehicle to someone who had an appointment behind me. Mike is completely unethical and I would never do business with them. They don't do what they say and lost my trust.Left there and went to Toyota of Nashua (NH) which was a great experience. Don't waste your time with this dealer.

Surprised no other reviews. We have bought cars and have had them service our cars for years. Our past experiences have been very positive. However , in last few months, we will probably stop going to them. They put new tires on our Prius and didnt tighten the lug nuts on one of the tires. We were on the road and the car started shaking and we had to pull over. We , both in our 70s, hand tightened the wheel with our wrench and took it to nearest garage. ******** there said the lug nuts hadnt been tightened. *** gave us voucher for free service for inspection and oil change. We just had that done this week and *** didnt put the new inspection sticker on car. Another trip to *** with only their apologies this time. We did not receive the inspection sheet they are suppose to give customer. Last month, took another car to them for multiple repairs and new tires.I had waited couple weeks to get appt and on day of appt, they hadnt ordered tires. Tried to blame me, but I had notes of my discussions with them and their mistake. 3 mistakes in 3 months and time to find another garage. They use to provide excellent service- dont know what has happened to ***.
