Kyle and Justin took great care in fixing my tractor. I had a new Briggs and Stratton I bought to replace the old motor in my duetz allis 917, and it had an electrical short issue right out of the box that needed a fair amount of troubleshooting and they figured it out. I was quoted a price, and the hours they put into the tractor turned out to be way more than the quoted price, yet they stayed true to their word and not only did they fix the issue, they stayed at the quoted price. I highly recommend this place for your repairs.

Manchester Motors . One quote had a Doc fee.of $300. A magnet Block heater was $250. A hook welded to the bucket$ 150. No go there. Final price very high. . Worked with Sam Crick at Topsham Motors, a sister location. Got what I wanted at a good price with the couple of add ons I wanted. Sam is low key and I recommend him.The final price was decent.

Great experience with them! Tractor took a bit longer than expected to receive however, it's totally understandable as the supply chain and labor shortage has been a pain to deal with recently. Sam was awesome to deal with and very knowledgeable about the equipment on hand. Definitely a leader and a stand up guy (deserves a promotion ;)..) also the service manager Bob was great and he explained everything you'd need to know about the tractor and didn't rush anything. 5/5 would recommend to anyone in the market for a new tractor or piece of equipment!

Bought a kioti k9 2400 2 weeks ago. Needs one part to complete the machine. Was supposed to show up the following week. Bob says they're waiting for a truck to arrive.I don't understand why the part couldn't have been ups'd....?? The part weighs approximately 20lbs.. this is getting rather frustrating! We have to drive 3 1/2 hrs to get the machine if or when it's ever ready. Very difficult even getting an answer machine to leave a message.

Spoke with Sam a few times this week. Unfortunately, the shop is a bit too far from me but their follow up and pricing was top notch. Some dealers couldn't have cared less about selling a tractor but they took the time to help me out, knowing I might purchase elsewhere.I ended up finding the model I needed from a dealer closer to me and their competetive pricing helped me get a lower price where I ended up going on a "price match". Wouldn't hesitate to do business with Sam or Bob anytime. Best of luck.

Purchased a slightly used Kioti CX. Not really knowing what attachments I needed. Recommendations were made based on my projected usage! The counter weight block and the forks unit have been amazing. The forks have made unloading and loading materials very easy! The counterweight has made spreading material so easy and safe! They know what a customer needs by asking all the right questions!I had a problem recently due to a safety switch not allowing the tractor to start! They picked the unit up at my house brought it back to Topsham and are servicing the Tractor for Winter! Great Sales and Service. I highly recommend doing business with Topsham Tractor!

I 100% recommend Topsham Tractor! The customer experience that I got from Sam was phenomenal and I will be back to do more business with him in the future. From the moment I submitted an inquiry about the Kioti tractor we wanted with all the attachments, his time was devoted to ensuring it was a no hassle deal. All done via phone, email and DocuSign, just simple. Going into the store just to pick up paperwork before they deliver my unit and I felt like I owned the store. He let my son sit on other units, brought us into the shop to see my tractor and started it up for my son. We walked out from just picking up paperwork with Kioti swag for both my son and myself. That is over the top devotion and we thank you!

We are very happy with our tractor.But make sure you get EVERYTHING you are expecting in writing.Get everything they offer you in writing as well.Don't accept their word that "it's included". Make them write every detail down.
