The Hearth Dr installed our propane Jotul stove for us. From when we walked into the showroom , through the installation, we were met with the most informative knowledge of how the stoves work, what size we would need for our house and installing was a breeze. We are nice and warm with this secondary heat source for our home ! We would definitely recommend Hearth Dr !

We bought a propane log set with electronic ignition and set of glass bifold doors with an integral screen for our fireplace from the Heath Doctor, and had a totally positive experience. The salesman in the store and the people who came to measure our fireplace were very informative and helpful, and suggested something we had not considered (running a ventless fire log with the damper clamped partly open) that has worked out brilliantly. The installers were efficient, informative, and above all, extremely careful. They did a great job. We are very happy to have dealt with the Hearth Doctor. We would happily deal with them again and recommend them enthusiastically.

I went there to ask a few technical questions about installing a wood stove as I plan out my basement remodel. The older gentleman that I talked to knew absolutely everything about everything related to wood stoves. You never know who you're going to get when you go ask hard questions but man this guy was knowledgeable! Will definitely go back.

Small but helpful and competent team in Martin and Will. Got us up and running with a Regency fireplace insert and then went above and beyond helping with the installer after problems with a previously delinquent installer (highly recommend using their contracted installer, Chimney Doctor and not any outsiders). Highly recommend this team!

Wonderful customer experience. What generous helpful employees. My questions were answered, with great patience and Martin went over and above to check on my stove and make sure it worked well. I will definitely do business with them again and will recommend them to anyone. It is rare to find people that go this far to help someone. I so appreciate the help.

Will went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were satisfied with our purchase. He explained the site evaluation process as well as how installation would be handled after the site evaluation. As far as customer service goes, they dont come any better than Will.

The guy who i dealt with, quickly talked me out of the stove that I went there special to buy, and told me that I would hear from him on Tuesday about a different stove. As today is Wednesday, and I haven't heard from him, I guess they don't want my money
