I wanted to go into this enthusiastically because I have had great experiences at SportsClips in Illinois in the past (we just moved for work). The staff are very friendly, but my husband and I were very disappointed in our haircuts. We got fades, and I specifically asked for nothing off of the top since I am growing it out. I’m not sure if it was because of the heavy traffic, but I had a lot taken off of the top and now it doesn’t sit on my head the same way. It was hard to notice the cuts because we did not get the VIP wash so the excess hair covered it. It wasn’t until we washed and conditioned our hair where we noticed it heavily. My husband himself has a higher fade in the right side than the left.
Once again the staff is friendly and kind, but the haircuts we got were a bit disappointing considering we’ve been going to the SportClips barber shops for 4 years.

well the good news is, they always have an opening. here is a brief report of my experience there. asked please don't touch my mustache or beard, just follow the outline of hair, where the beard meets my cheeks..... and shave head down as short as possible. Apparently, I was unclear, or she got distracted by conversation? Immediately shaved my mustache down to i think a number two. I asked what she was doing . instead of apologizing excused herself and kept going. 6 months of work gone. Then continued shaved the square back jaw of beard short and rounded and trimmed the cheek part. Then starting shaving my head. After the mustache I basically gave up and prepared for the worst, decided to start over. Outside of the hair cut, everyone was super nice and relaxed. Which is cool.

Great service and staff at the Topsham location. I checked in using the app before I arrived and that worked really well. I waited maybe 10 minutes when I arrived. Make sure to add yourself to the queue through the app. Jadah was my hair cut specialist. Her questions about what type of haircut I want was on point. Asking what brought me in was a nice touch too. The MVP treatment was a nice way to end the work week. Thank you to Jada and the staff and I'm definitely coming back

When I arrived I was asked if I signed in online, I told them "no, it's my first time here". I was told to take a seat and they would be right with me. 10-15 minutes later, another customer arrived and checked in on the screen (at the counter). More time goes by and an employee finally addresses me and then enters my info into the system. Another 10+/- minutes goes by and they call the name of the customer that came in AFTER me. Not a huge deal, but I've been there 20 or 25 minutes so far and that's twice as long as the other customer waited. The employees knew I was there first and still called his name before me.TL;DR- I don't recommend this place, as they don't understand the concept of a line or queue
