Movie was sold out but did not state that online...decided to do the game lab...unavailable staff and so called tickets for games played...were not available..nor was the staff able to reconcile this as you could not locate staff other than at the bar. Haven't been here since the "upgrade".definately not an upgrade by any means. Horrible "customer service" and website not current..waste of my time and money..will more than likely never go back..HIGHLY DISSAPPIONTED

Love this place but lately they have fallen short. Last time i got food poisoning due to uncooked chicken. This time they got my order wrong twice and didnt bring me my water.

I really want to give Smitty’s Cinema a higher rating, but the seats were uncomfortable for me (a Senior Citizen) and for my grandkids, 8 & 5, which detracted enough from our experience to give a lower rating.

You sit in computer chairs. The whole cinema is computer chairs. Very uncomfortable...and weird. Service is also not great.

I was pleasantly surprised about the $6 tickets on Tuesdays given the general hike in the price of movie tickets over the years (but, really, what hasn't inflation touched?).
The clerk was quite friendly as were the rest of the staff we encountered. The picture and sound were fine.
My only minor issue is that the floor was sticky. In the big picture, that's not really Smitty's fault as they didn't spill the drinks and drop the food.

Great staff, polite and helpful. My family and I enjoyed ourselves for the most part. The front seats wouldn't recline and the price of everything from tickets to snacks seems to have increased radically.

Good food, cool arcade, was relatively clean for a theater. Don't try to make a reservation though. Organization was lacking. Sat down, was served, ate my food, was told I had to move, I left. Do better with seating reservations.

I absolutely love this theater! My husband and ordered the new Garfield fries, highly recommend, and the double portion of tenders. Great food, great drinks, and our seats are always so comfy!

Smitty's has a great idea, but it just doesn't feel much like a movie theater. Good service, but chairs are not that comfortable and most important is that the sound isn't clear. I missed most of the early parts of the movies I've seen there. It's kind of a movie of last resort -- we have so few places to go here.

Great atmosphere! A little pricey. Also, when people go to the last show and buy the re-fillable popcorn… you should inform them that the kitchen closes & if they want their popcorn refilled they should go before the end of the movie. We wouldn’t have sprung for the refillable bucket had we known the popcorn booth would be closed.

Always fun, if rather expensive. Customer service is generally always positive and friendly and it is our theater of choice.
