We had our dog groomed here recently. She's a long haired dog and had quite a few mats, probably some ticks in there too 😬 They were great with her and did an awesome job! Thank you 🙏

i came here to buy a robo dwarf hamster and found the perfect little baby. the man that helped me asked about my setup making sure she’d have a good place to come home to, and made the process quick and easy.

I absolutely love the fish and fish supplies section, it's phenomenal. This particular Petco has stuff, and lots of it, that the other stores around Maine don't have. I don't really care for the lack of decent customer service, however. Nothing major...I did notice that the two employees were wicked busy with water changes. Probably not the best time, I'm sure they didn't have a choice of when to do em anyway. They were just very short with me and I totally understand why, even if it's not good to do. Overall, Very good experience and awesome product.

I almost ALWAYS find something in the clearance sections. I'm able to get the limited ingredient diet food for my dog. Haven't seen it for cats but, I also haven't asked so... Toys (that will actually LAST) are reasonably priced.

A yound associate name Damien mistook my Djungarian Hamster for a Gerbil and recommended a food that would render my sweet baby paralyzed! When I brought this to his attention, he proceeded to tell me "I don't make mistakes".

Staff is a bit unusually annoying staff does not assist anybody a girl named Sandy says she is the manager there but can’t answer any questions and tells you to call the website because she doesn’t know how to do anything. She said she has no responsibility even if she’s the manager.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! GO TO PETSMART IN BRUNSWICK!! my daughter and I bought a hamster here last week and they sent us home with absolutely no information. They didn't even know if he was a boy or a girl. they don't care if you're going to bring him home and take care of him, they care about making a profit. They didn't even care about stopping their conversations with coworkers to ask us if we needed assistance with anything. Went to Petsmart yesterday, and the woman that helped me was absolutely amazing. Gave me a care guide for hamsters, Walked me through asking questions & giving tips & options, while answering questions we had. PetSmart is just so much nicer, too. so much cleaner and more organized. Employees that actually like their job and want to help you.
