First of all very nice store lots of selections. But VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went there today for vape juice. The guy behind the counter was very rude and not helpful at all.I have been to a lot of other smoke/glass stores and never had an issue until I went here. My wife also went in later the same day and the same guy was acting very creepy twords her. There are plenty of other shops that ALL HAVE TREATED ME WITH RESPECT. I WILL NOT BE BACK ANYTIME SOON. Update. I was never asked to leave the premises. I left on my own. My wife also said that guy was not helpful to her but sold her her products. Also this the first vape /glass store that has ever carded me and the person I was with for non alcoholic products.

The nova pods burn SO fast unfortunately and the coil leaves green flakes in the vape juice. Just don’t get the nova pods here. Most disposables are good here tho

I go here frequently for vape juice and Kratom. The skinny employee with the long hair has been an argumentative jerk for no reason the last two times I've seen him. I remarked that, depending on the price of my items, I may buy another bottle of juice, because it's buy two get one free. He goes, "No! It's buy two get a THIRD one free". I said, "How is that different from what I said? I said it correctly." And he said "well some customers get confused." and I said "well I said it correctly and you turned it into an argument for no reason!!!" What's the difference between "buy two get one free" and "buy two get a third one free"? There's no difference. Not to mention his attitude when calculating the discount on my bag of Kratom. He couldn't seem to enter it correctly and I politely told him the total it SHOULD be, from my quick calculation on my phone, because he entered it wrong three or four times with different final prices! And his attitude about me stating the correct final value was wretched! I told him I'm not rushing him, I have all day, (trying to keep things cool) but he acted so put out that I stated the value it should end up as! I will continue going here but next time I see the skinny guy with the long hair if he doesn't act right I'm gonna give him a mouthful! He's in a customer service position and he's NOT cut out for it. Taking his frustrations out on customers. Not cool. But yeah this place has all the stuff you need for vaping or smoking. Great store.

Guy with the long hair has no consideration for customers and making sure they’re satisfied with what they paid for , I’ve gone 7 or 8 different times, 5 to 6 of those times the vapes have tasted like they’re already going bad and lasts nothing but 3 days, where as the ones at smokers haven last 5-7 days, I politely asked if I could try the vape in the store to make sure it was good and if not return it, he said “it depends on what you mean by good and you can but I’ll be trying it” as if he’d actually agree with me even if it was lol and proceeded to make a smart comment to make him feel better about himself, this had happened once before as well when he did try it and it literally tasted like chemicals, not a flavored vape and he disagreed that anything was off, im all for difference in opinions but not someone that’s so smug and ignorant about it every time regardless of how sincere I’m being i genuinely hope you heal, this is the last I’ll be coming here and going nearly 30 minutes out of the way to smokers haven as it is cheaper , tastes soo much better and much better employees that understand we don’t all have money to blow on things that aren’t up to par.
