These guys are the best! I was at the adjacent BMV and needed a new windshield wiper during a rain storm. I called and asked if they had what I needed in stock. Jeremy answered my every need and met me outside (in the rain) so I never had to exit my car. He kindly, patiently and enthusiastically measured my wiper, looked up my car’s information, explained my options. When I picked out an upgraded wiper he made sure it fit. It didn’t. So he went back in, found the right one and we were off. He even took my credit card and paid for the transaction so I could stay dry. I’m not saying anyone should expect VIP in-vehicle service when they get here, but I am saying that this is the kind of establishment that treats customers like they matter, and I can’t offer higher praise than that. If you go, ask for Jeremy. His smile and professionalism will keep you coming back. Oh! And also there’s great parking, excellent signage and a universally accessible door, which is great for people of all mobilities.

Jeremy, at the Topsham NAPA store, went above and beyond his job description today to help me resolve a battery issue with my 1990 Miata. Without his help, this grandmother would still be endlessly searching for answers. He was polite, thoughtful and displayed a willingness to help not often seen today. Thank you so much Jeremy!

I Called about a part that I thought I may have needed on my car. I was explaining my diagnosis and the reason for it. And as a good parts technician, Jeremy corrected my thoughts and gave me his conclusions which saved me a bunch of time and frustration, explaining the part that I may need right down to the Approximate time and a close price range for this installation. Thanks again Jeremy! ☆☆☆☆☆

Super helpful! Pouring rain and the store manager offered to install our wiper blades, which they did. Then another counter person helped us extensively with selecting some Milwaukee “Packouts”. Everyone was pleasant, too.
